We hiked from the parking area to the viewing area. The poles have profiles to see where the rock formation use to be. Signs explain the history and what happened.

Worth the walk!
This attraction is well worth the short walk to Profile Lake. It was cloudy the day we were there but you can still see where the Old Man was and the informative signs explain it all.
