It’s more of a view point where you can see a wide area from the top. Couple of benches to sit.quite calm place maybe just to enjoy a snack and drink.

What a view on Capitol Hill! This residential community has an amazing view of the city and mountains. Nice neighbourhood with nice homes but you aren’t close to anything and homes are on a slope.
