Directly neighbourhood of the pentagram walkway
If you got "Symphaty For The Devil" it might be a must. For me its not. Lokated behiund the patliament it attracts mostly younger crowds.

Park in the center of Bishkek
This Park is a big attraction for young and old people. Can be considered as a quiet place with many trees, flowers , fountains and Monuments.
