my husband and I got married here in 2009 it is a lovely modern building with good parking facilities the suite the ceremony was held in was beautiful Staff were very accommodating

Love an Oculus.
Its a local government office block, so you'd only go here for specific business, or maybe to get something from their cafe. Parking outside was free. Inside I really liked the view above the recept...
