Very nice hotel and the people are great. And they do very well to do your request to the best they can. If you got anything real special is after make the reservation is call them to make sure. They were great with us.

The room was easily accessible and smelled nice. I found the location to the amazing breakfast restaurant quite useful.

Will definitely stay here again

Very good hotel

Great hotel, easy check in, clean, and our doggie loved it too. All I can say is I don’t like the outside entry and prefer a hallway, but that’s not a must.

The hotel is a converted and remodeled motel. However they did a nice job and the stay was good. Housekeeping was good but not great as they failed to clean the toilet seat and there were some men’s whisker hairs behind the sink. Otherwise it was clean and fine. It didn’t impact my comfort. A good feature was the large mini fridge that was nice and cold. I’d stay again for sure.

Recently renovated. Windows and doors are all well sealed against the outside air and noise. They did a really great job. Lots of movie channels.

I live in Reno, needed a place to stay while my kitchen was being demolished. Receptionist was friendly and efficient at checking me in. She gave me a couple of $2 off drink coupons to use at the bar. The “bartender” was a little rude. After I paid for my $12 dollar jack and coke, I wanted to leave a gratuity in a big empty bowl I thought was the tip jar. She grabbed the three dollars, threw it on the counter. She said I don’t need a tip, I get a paycheck. Alrighty then, how about a no gratuity sign or at least put some fruit in that bowl.. Room was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, plenty of charging stations. It’s in a great location, busy area. Can be a bit noisy in the evenings, might hear a siren or two on the weekends, but overall not a big issue. They do have 2 EV charging stations on property. Overall, nice stay.
