They had to cancel the booking due to location but never cancelled even through the cancellation was 2 minutes after booking. This hotel is very far from the airport and not as displayed. Please beware.

This is the best choice (within hotel apartments) for staying in Dubai JBR with family. The sea is within 5-10 minutes to walk, depending on the place you want enter to the beach. The apartment is standard for JBR's houses and contains everything required for normal life with family, including equipped kitchen. The staff at Reception is very nice. Cleaning is provided every day. You may order breakfast in the small cafeteria next to Reception for 49 AED only. Again, I 100% recommend this hotel apartment, especially for those who stays with their families and for long-staying persons.

The hotel is not well maintained and was quite run down. Also, there was no driveway for tourist pick-up.

Это апарт-отель в одном из самых престижных районов Дубая - JBR. До городского пляжа - рукой подать, минут 7-12 идти. Апартаменты находятся в одном из желтых домов (квартал Sadaf, дом Sadaf 3), они были построены одни из самых первых в этом районе в начале 2000-х. Мы выбрали самую недорогую квартиру на 3-м этаже, двухкомнатную (1 bed room): спальня метров 10, гостиная метров 25 и кухня метров 7. Из мебели есть всё необходимое, также посуда на кухне, большой смарт телевизор Самсунг в гостиной, сейф в спальне. Во дворе есть магазин типа Пятерочки или Магнита и бассейн для жителей отеля, в нем есть лежаки и выдают полотенца. Уборка квартиры нормальная, каждый день. Персонал на ресепшене приветливый, готовы помочь в любое время. Отель рекомендуем на 100% для семей и для длительного продивания!

Floors turned feet black. Hair on pillows. Stained furniture and ceiling. Confusing parking and valet. Terrible customer service that wouldn’t honor a partial refund after one night, had to get ******* involved to rebook a much better place nearby.

The Hotel was difficult to find. If arriving by car the entrance is through an unmarked underground carpark at the rear of the building and our taxi driver had great difficulty in finding it. We telephoned the hotel for directions but the call was not answered. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was welcome but it was all very dated and in need of refurbishment. The kitchen had suitable equipment, except for the lack of a toaster, but no instruction leaflets on how to use the combination oven. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. The provision of cutlery and china was totally inadequate especially for a family size apartment. The daily housekeeping was thorough and the young man that provided it was very pleasant. Overall our three day stay was enough.

This is in a great location for dining and the JBR beach. Excellent value for money. We have stayed there twice in a two bedroom suite.

We loved our stay. Clean apartment, great appliances and modern design. Easy parking and easy access to JBR street and the beach. Things worth mentioning is: shower head is broken, faucet is old, internet disconnects from TV most of time.

Nice area to stay in with good transport links (tram & metro - although can get busy at rush hour) JBR area was nice to stay in

It exceeded my expectations! Beautiful apartment, well furnished and clean. The views were amazing and the staff kind and respectful. Everything was amazing, nothing beats the location of this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
