La habitación era estupenda en general, salvo que el aislamiento acústico era un poco deficiente, pero no afectó al sueño. La dueña también fue muy amable; casualmente, todos los demás huéspedes que conocí durante mi estancia hablaban cantonés, lo que me hizo sentir especialmente bienvenido. La ubicación también era muy conveniente, a un corto paseo cuesta arriba del casco antiguo de Dali, y los coches podían aparcar justo en la puerta, así que no tuve que cargar con mi equipaje, lo cual fue una gran ventaja.

Escondido en el río, debe ser oculto! El entorno es extremo, el lago es precioso fuera de la ventana, el panorama de la playa es supercurado. La habitación está bien equipada, la cama es suave y la privacidad está también en el lugar. El servicio es intimidad, la respuesta a la demanda por segundos, la transmisión es conveniente. Sin embargo, la higiene no es incolora. El objetivo es el desayuno, el arroz es muy delicioso, las características locales son super sabrosas! ¡Es verdad que quiero unas vacaciones de planta plana, volveré la próxima vez ~

選對民宿太重要了！花築雲上軒位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就能直達海埂大壩，清晨散步喂海鷗、傍晚看滇池日落都超級方便，去西山索道、雲南民族村車程也很近，出行完全省心。 獨棟歐式別墅顏值超高，庭院種滿綠植花草，公區花園拍照特別出片。房間打掃得一塵不染，全景落地窗視野開闊，躺在床上就能遠眺西山睡美人，床墊柔軟，衞浴用品品質在線，住着格外舒心。 管家服務細緻貼心，還會主動給到觀鷗攻略，早餐是地道雲南小吃，味道很驚喜。民宿自帶免費停車場、茶室、洗衣房，設施齊全。安靜又有氛圍感，不管是親子出行還是朋友度假都很合適，下次來昆明還會回購，強烈推薦！

Hotel located at Yuhu Village. If you’re looking for peace, this hotel is definitely for you. You can have a very clear view of Yulong Snow Mountain from the hotel and even your room. Quite cold here since it’s near the snow mountain. I’m a Muslim traveller, I think there’s no halal food near here, maybe you can go to the Shuhe Old town to grab halal food there, we just eat our packed food that we bring on our stay here. Overall the staff were all nice and super helpful, they are many guys carried our luggage as soon as we arrived. The bed was comfy since there has heater. Very nice ootd spots here. Also provides laundry service here. I think we prefer to stay near the Old Town haha but got good experience here hehe. We request for halal breakfast but they serve beef noodle, I think they think that Muslim cannot only eat pork, so we hesitate to eat and only eat the porridge, boiled egg and corn. The staff were helpful ask to replace. Kudos to the staff. And yeah, they have cute and fluffy cats. Overall good experince here :)

The B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

Si tienes suerte y hace buen tiempo, la Montaña Nevada del Dragón de Jade con vistas al lago debería ser un lugar agradable. Si hay demasiadas nubes y niebla, y no hay un paisaje bonito, será muy desagradable simplemente mirar los muebles de la habitación: 1. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas y la bañera tiene muchas grietas. 2. El agua caliente tarda mucho, tanto que me pregunto si no habrá agua caliente. 3. El diseño de la habitación es antihumano. Para correr una cortina, hay que subir por la bañera y luego por el alféizar de la ventana. La cortina no está bien cerrada y entra mucha luz. 4. La casa de familia se gestiona en colaboración con la cafetería. En la cafetería de la planta baja se puede fumar y el humo es muy fuerte. No es apto para niños. Ventajas: 1. Buen tiempo y buen paisaje, con montañas y lagos. 2. La propietaria es muy amable, entusiasta y atenta. 3. Cerca de la estación de tren y del aeropuerto.

麗江這家民宿，住了三天，真心覺得值得好好説一説。 先説位置。它離束河古鎮很近，走路十分鐘左右就到了，但本身又藏在別墅小區裏，非常安靜。傍晚去四樓露台一坐，剛好能正對着玉龍雪山吹吹風、看晚霞，景色確實沒什麼可挑剔的。 整個別墅是老闆自住兼做民宿的，所以它不是那種標準化的商業酒店，而是能看出主人個人審美的地方。從進大門開始，無論是空間格局、顏色搭配還是軟裝陳設，都能看出老闆在設計上花了不少心思。沒有那種暴發户式的堆砌，而是營造出了一種很舒服、很講究的居家氛圍。 房間裏的硬裝和電器也捨得下本。衞生間用的是科勒的龍頭和花灑，五金件擦得鋥亮，一塵不染，連水槽邊角都沒有水垢，這衞生標準在民宿裏確實少見，説明日常維護得很到位。洗護是ACCA KAPPA的，牙刷杯子手感挺好，不是那種廉價一次性用品。戴森吹風機、智能馬桶、電熱毛巾架、哈曼卡頓音箱和投影幕布，外加飛利浦加濕器、艾美特循環扇，這些配置滿足了度假的所有需求，生活起來很方便，五星級酒店也沒有這樣的配置！ 睡眠這塊我也挺滿意。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭準備了亞朵同款乳膠枕和棉花枕，可以根據習慣自己選。房門厚實，隔音效果很好，晚上關上門基本聽不到外面的動靜，這幾天睡得挺踏實。另外配了4台國際品牌滾筒洗衣機和寬敞的晾曬區，帶小孩子出門，換洗衣服的問題一下子解決了，非常實用。 服務和細節方面，確實能感受到女老闆的用心和責任心。那幾天早餐都是她親自準備，口味挺家常實在。印象最深的是她為孩子特意把一整根玉米剝成了一粒一粒的玉米粒端過來；孩子有點不舒服，她翻出自己備的葯，叮囑孩子按時吃葯。這些做法不是那種商業化的做作，而是很實在地把你當自己人對待。 看得出這位女老闆是個極其細心且很有責任感的人，這家店做得這麼好，全靠她與家人一磚一瓦、一點一滴在操心。把這麼多細節兼顧到位，確實非常辛苦。希望她能適當注意休息，多給自己留點放鬆的時間。畢竟衹有老闆身體精力好了，這家好民宿才能一直保持下去。以後有機會來麗江，肯定還會再來住，也祝她生意長虹，一切順心，身體健康！

春節期間本打算去版納玩幾天，在攜程上預訂酒店時發現房價成倍上漲，平時衹需一百多元的7天連鎖店也飆升至1000多元一晚（版納人是想把三年沒賺到的錢用7天時間給賺回來啊），本人最討厭的就是這種節假日瘋狂宰客的地方了。於是果斷改變計劃--去老撾琅勃拉邦。由於春節期間買不到D87過境火車票，衹能分段買票，先昆明-磨憨，在磨憨過關到老撾的磨丁，再磨丁-琅勃拉邦。2月13號乘火車至磨憨，在攜程上定了這家民宿，攜程上評分4.8高分，想必不錯。到磨憨前與酒店聯繫，酒店小哥説會到火車站接人，並且第二天還會送到關口。果真，一出站小哥就等在火車站前馬路上。入住後，酒店的智能化驚到了我，智能窗簾、智能馬桶、温度數顯淋浴，房間寬敞整潔，床品乾淨清爽。儘管住過不少民宿，這家絕對是民宿的天花板。而且，小哥十分帥氣，擔心小姑娘會續住喔！唯一遺憾的是酒店沒有早餐，若有早餐就十分完美了。

Stayed here for 2 nights in January and will recommend this place. The good: - Very friendly and helpful host! - Spacious and well equipped with amenities - Sea view (direct view for sunset, 日照金山 golden mountain for sunrise) - toilet bowl was not automated/heated but a disposable seat cover was provided so it doesnt feel cold - homemade noodles soup by the host - friendly dog & cat - safe as there is a security post at the entrance of the area - no issues with ******* deliveries - 4 bottles of water provided daily - bath robes and disposable bath tub cover are provided Areas for improvement - cleanliness can be improved for the wooden area - door to toilet and shower are clear, may consider frosting the doors for better privacy I will definitely book this place again for my next trip to Dali.

The property is owner operated and it shows in the care and service in many aspects.  We were very surprised that it was the owner that picked us up at the train station, and he carried our two large luggage up the stairs by himself.  The positive approach towards service was consistent and outperformed on many occasions where it presented itself.  The room was very good, view from the room was awesome, the breakfast and the noodles were excellent.  The owner and staff went that extra mile for us and exemplified the advantages of an owner operated property.  Excellent stay and would recommend the property to potential travellers in that area.
