During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. Stay here for one night. For this price the room is ok. I have 4 adults and i book 2 rooms with double bed. They upgrade us 1 room with 2 double bed, another room remain with 1 double bed. The water flow in toilet is quite disturbing as if other room is taking shower u will hear the water flow.

One of the best hostel I tried in Malaysia!! The facilities are all very nice, very complete (they have basic amenities, towels, hair dryers, fridge, board games and even free malaysian ice cream to welcome you!) and well functioning, comfortable beds, and the front desk is super friendly and always ready to help you navigate the towns. The locations of the hostel is quite near to attractions like carpenter street, museums, river cruise, the famous cat statue, etc. So it will definitely make your trip a relaxing and easy. The hostel even have some events occasionally, thats where you have the chance to learn about local culture regional knowledge, so please give them a try when you are visiting Kuching

Everything is good, the location is perfect because there is a lot of cafes, restaurant, and also supermarket around. As for the room, it was super clean, the AC was cold and the room is so spacious.

Great budget stay in Kuching. The mattress was incredibly comfortable - perfect for resting and getting proper sleep. Room was clean, aircon was cold, and WiFi was fast. Location in Metrocity is super convenient, with lots of food options and clinics just a short walk away, which is handy if you’re on MC and need to rest. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Simple, no-frills, but excellent value for a good night’s sleep. 💗

The check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.

Pro: Overall the hostel control well in security where you enter with password and each floor with their own access door card. Room cleanliness is acceptable Con: Very poor communication where by it took me to message 3rd contact number before I received my check in procedure with first two contact number did not response and reply my message. Basically just ignore without any response. This fist two contact include the one display on Trip.com confirmation email.

Buena ubicación, no mucho tráfico cerca, cerca de tiempos cuadrados. Sin embargo, se puede oír ruidos desde la calle y fuera fácilmente. También hay un distribuidor de agua proporcionado en la calle

the hotel was ok , no elevator but still manage to carry luggage. The only problem was the older receptionist wasnt friendly at all , how she treat guest with unpleasant face seems like she is not welcoming at all. But luckily I meet the younger receptionist and she always smiles and sweet and guide me for everything about the card.
