We travel with a dog and luckily found this location. The room was big and the see view from the balcony is very nice. The whole compound is pet friendly and has a lot of options to walk. The cost was only 5 minutes away and offeres many activities as well as nice places, coffees, restaurants and bakeries to sit, eat and relax. The hotel/apartment stuff was super friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!

Stayed at this hotel as a group of 11, 7 in one house and 4 in another reservation. Be warned that the location is not guaranteed to be that close but definitely within walking distance. Our villa comfortably held all 11 of us and space wasn’t an issue at all. If you come with the intention to cook, you will need to purchase seasonings which was unexpected. However access with ride hailing services and takeout was fine and we could get whatever we wanted. The service was great, I contacted the hotel early and was able to ask the questions I wanted and anything I requested (toiletries, etc.) was delivered promptly.

民宿環境特別乾淨整潔，佈置温馨又有氛圍感，每個角落都收拾得清爽舒服。房東人超級熱情貼心，溝通順暢，回覆消息很快，還會耐心推薦周邊遊玩景點和美食。位置出行很方便，周邊安靜不吵鬧，住着特別舒心自在。整體體驗感滿分，性價比很高，下次再來還選這家，真心推薦給大家！

強烈安排青草堂德勝宿集！原本衹打算隨便住一晚，結果體驗感直接拉滿。 🔥 重頭戲是晚上： 本以為就是普通的篝火晚會，沒想到竟然請了老師傅表演打鐵花！1600℃的鐵水打向夜空，漫天金燦燦的“星光雨”就在頭頂炸開，現場看真的既震撼又浪漫，住客們都看呆了，這個配置在民宿圈真的少見。 🍳 早餐是加分項： 不是敷衍的自助，精緻又落胃。熱騰騰的本地特色主食配上粗糧小菜，吃完胃裡很舒服，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 🛏 住宿： 房間乾淨寬敞，床品舒服，細節對得起“宿集”的定位。玩累了倒頭就睡，隔音也不錯。 🎆 一句話總結： 一個晚上同時集齊了圍着篝火跳舞+看非遺打鐵花+吃暖心早餐，絕對值回房價。無論是親子、情侶還是朋友聚會，來這都能找到樂趣。下次帶爸媽再來！

本次是部門團建，預訂的他家的別墅小院。説實話，完全超出預期！！ 首先：20年前第一次來南戴河周邊就轉過玩過，海邊的房子小區都已經開發完 預訂時還在擔心房間會相對陳舊，但一進門第一重驚喜就是房子內部裝修和設施很新，衞生很乾凈，浴巾幾乎都是全新的。 第二：位置極佳，出了小區門對面就是大海，趕海、游泳、挖沙都非常方便，並且自駕來的別墅前還有寬敞停車位，店主打印了停車證不收停車費出入很方便。 第三：這一點要着重表達一下，店主小哥服務絕對超五星🌟級別，啥沒了需要補充幾分鐘送來、房卡鎖房間了立刻來開鎖、娛樂設備出現故障優先協調其他房間替換，並及時聯繫維修處理，一小時內全部解決。必須大大的贊贊贊👍👍👍 總之、此次團建領導對我選擇的住處給予了高度讚揚😊

小區環境很好，停車免費，樓裏也很安靜，房間乾淨整潔，湯池和榻榻米都是朝南的，陽光充足很舒服。屋裡還有麻將機，免費的礦泉水，很適合朋友聚會。美中不足是温泉水温度不太熱，大概38—39度的樣子，沒泡出汗來。 其他都很好。管家很熱心，全家人泡澡曬太陽打牌都很開心。
