A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.Desde343 CAD

The hotel lobby and breakfast were both very nice. However, we experienced some issues with our room. The double bed was quite small, and the room we were initially assigned did not match the photos shown when booking.
When we raised our concerns, the staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the process took quite a long time and involved multiple room changes. The final room we were assigned was much better and met our expectations. Had we been given that room from the beginning, our overall experience would have been significantly more positive.
It seemed that some rooms have been renovated and are much newer, while others are older and less reflective of the images advertised online.Desde198 CAD

The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful.
However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all.
Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.Desde150 CAD

Solo puedo recomendar The Kennard Hotel. Desde187 CAD

This is a truely super hotel! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was a delight from start to finish. The building itself is of course elegant and historic and has been complemented by the interir decoration which is bright and warm. The staff were professional, kind and friendly and at all times provided an excellent service. We felt that everyone was keen for us to have the best possible time at the hotel which lead to a nice positive and relaxing experience. On top of this our room was stunning and the food first class , so all in all we were extremely happy!!Desde629 CAD

Overall, our trip was just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location with ample parking. At only £15 per 24 hours, we found this great value. The hotel is on a hill, but the buses run frequently directly outside the hotel. Our room was large and clean with everything you could need. The breakfast was fantastic and so much choice. It certainly set us up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.Desde112 CAD

Recomendado!Desde225 CAD

We stayed one night at Apex City of Bath Hotel. The location is excellent, and the night‑shift manager was quick to respond when we raised our complaint, however our overall experience was really poor because of repeated hygiene problems with the beds.
It was nearly 11 pm and we were ready for sleep, when we discovered mould‑like marks on the bed sheets in our original room. We contacted the duty manager straight away, and we were moved to a different room without delay.
Unfortunately, on arriving at the new room, we found hair left on the fresh bed sheets. We were exhausted and very late in the evening; otherwise we would have asked to check out entirely. A member of staff then came to replace the full set of bedding for us.
During the bedding change, further issues were uncovered: visible yellow stains on the mattress underneath, and yellow stains also on the duvet itself.
While the staff tried their best to resolve the situation at such a late hour, it is unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel to have multiple bedding‑related cleanliness failures across two separate rooms. We felt uncomfortable for the rest of our night. We hope the hotel will carry out a full review of its housekeeping standards and mattress / duvet condition.Desde210 CAD
