La dirección del hotel es de primera clase. Es muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. La autopista está justo al lado del hotel.
También hay muchos lugares de comida rápida y tiendas cerca.
La habitación es en general higiénica y el espacio está bien.
Cuando abras las dos pieles grandes, no sentirás ninguna obstrucción.

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, a solo 5 minutos en coche. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es práctico, pero no funciona las 24 horas. La decoración de las habitaciones es antigua, pero está limpia. El aire acondicionado está lleno de polvo. Lo que pagas es lo que obtienes.

I didn't get to use all the amenities, but this was a very nice hotel. I did not have a car yet on this vacation, so I saved money there. This is right near the water and not far from the airport. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice. I would stay here again.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Cuando me registré, el hotel me informó que no se había recibido la tarifa de la plataforma y que debía pagar la tarifa de la habitación en su totalidad nuevamente. ¡siendo cobrado dos veces! ! ! Ctrip me informó que había un problema con su agencia. En ese momento, prometieron reembolsar el dinero. Más tarde, Ctrip usó varias excusas para retrasar el reembolso. ** Una plataforma tan grande es realmente un gran problema para engañar a los clientes.

UUsuario invitadoStaying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Primera impresión de recepción frontal fue mala. 2 receptores, uno en el teléfono ayudando a una dama con un problema. Parecía muy estresada. El caballero que nos ayudó a hacer una línea. Cuando era mi turno, mi tarjeta no iba a pasar. Cuando la dama recepcionista fue hecho con la llamada, parecía que estaba a punto de conseguir una disrupción mental. Ella no me explicó ni me dio instrucciones sobre la llave. La llave necesitaba trabajar los ascensores y el poder en las habitaciones que tenía que descubrir por mí mismo. No le ofreció ni explicaba el estacionamiento, me fui después de que descargáramos nuestras cosas y descubrí que no había lugar para estacionar. Nos quedamos en la habitación y no nos quedamos en la habitación. La luz en una estatua nocturna se desconectó. Encontró varios billetes de loto en la cama. Se rompe el mando de papel higiénico. Por cierto..... ¿Qué tipo de bar se cierra a las 8? El barman no parecía profesional o bienvenido. Cuando me equivoqué, me preguntaron cómo quería mi recibo. En papel o correo electrónico. Le dije que yo prefiero recibir un correo electrónico. He echado un cheque a las 8:00 y es 435pm y no he recibido mi correo electrónico. Los únicos que digo que estaban sorprendidos en su trabajo fueron los valet. Ellos eran amables, útiles y hicieron su trabajo.

PPadroEl hotel recientemente renovado está justo al lado de Disney, todo es muy bueno, sin embargo, si no tienes una cuota de membresía para Internet, la tienda en el primer piso del hotel tiene café Starbucks y sándwiches y algunos productos de Disney. KKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.
I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.
The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.
Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
