Buen hotel para una noche y por el precio. Es bastante antiguo y definitivamente necesitaría una reforma, pero en general estaba limpio. Esperé más de 40 minutos a que el autobús me recogiera en el aeropuerto, así que tengan paciencia. Además, como la mayoría de los hoteles cerca del aeropuerto, es bastante ruidoso, sobre todo por la noche (creo que los vuelos terminan a las 23:30).

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

Muy bueno. Aparcamiento gratuito. Las personas son muy agradables. A pocos paseos de restaurantes.

Hotel de calidad básica pero que cumple su función para una o dos noches. La piscina era buena para refrescarse al final de un día de caminata.

Nice newer hotel in San Jose area. Hotel has it's own cafe so when you wake up, there's a breakfast and coffee options to start the day. Gym was nice and large with new equipments. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and would definitely stay here again. Check in was simple and parking includes free 3 hours parking. Overnight parking is $20.

¡Realmente aprecio la opción de desayuno gratis! Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto John Wayne, con fácil acceso en coche a prácticamente cualquier lugar de Los Ángeles gracias a su cercanía a la interestatal.

Además del desayuno, salchichas, huevos, gofres, bollos, cereales, leche, café y fruta, así como comida gourmet elaborada en el lugar, ¡buena comida! Lo que más quiero decir es que aquí y el Hilton en el borde del aeropuerto, no es comparable, ¡pero el precio es casi! Si alquila un coche, reúnase durante 10 minutos. La suite tiene dos televisores, ¡pero ver la televisión duerme no interfiere entre sí! ¡El puente fuera de la ventana es dorado! Hay un microondas en el frigorífico, pero no es grande.

Stayed here for two nights as we dropped our son off at UCD. Comfortable, spacious, simple and good breakfast. One morning we came down shortly after breakfast ended and staff was kind enough to bring out yogurt and eggs for us. Wish they provided wine glasses in the room.

From the moment we got there staff was helpful and patient and really nice, in general amazing staff. Once we got to our room it was clean plenty of space, love the layout of the room. Very clean plenty of amenities.
