Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

Amazing breakfast! Made to order omelettes are great! Really nice staff; helped me with a toothbrush and toothpaste for my stay. Really saved me! The quick coffee at the front was much needed and great variety of options. Loved my stay!

¡Realmente aprecio la opción de desayuno gratis! Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto John Wayne, con fácil acceso en coche a prácticamente cualquier lugar de Los Ángeles gracias a su cercanía a la interestatal.

Este hotel era bastante bueno. Se nota que las alfombras están bastante viejas debido al olor, pero no estuvo tan mal. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. ¡Disfrutamos el desayuno! Era el típico desayuno continental, incluida una máquina de gofres. El personal de la cocina fue muy amable y rápidamente rellenó los artículos que se acabaron. Apreciamos tener una piscina y un jacuzzi, sin embargo, la piscina es pequeña y a menudo estaba llena de adolescentes que eran bastante agresivos entre sí y con las pelotas que lanzaban, lo que hacía que fuera incómodo nadar para nuestros hijos y otras personas. Eso fue circunstancial, así que espero que eso no suceda en una visita repetida, aunque fue tan desagradable que podría hacer que busquemos en otro lado la próxima vez.

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

La dirección del hotel es de primera clase. Es muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. La autopista está justo al lado del hotel. También hay muchos lugares de comida rápida y tiendas cerca. La habitación es en general higiénica y el espacio está bien. Cuando abras las dos pieles grandes, no sentirás ninguna obstrucción.

Limpio y con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Su restaurante de langostas está a solo 5 minutos en coche del hotel. Mercado y restaurante de langostas de Nueva Inglaterra.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien pero faltaba limpieza. El baño tenía pasta de dientes en el suelo y en la pared. Sucio en el piso del baño y nuestro inodoro estaba atascado. El desayuno era comestible. Pero los huevos estaban aguados y la hamburguesa de salchicha parecía un disco de hockey a medio cocer. El personal de recepción fue muy agradable. Todos los empleados del hotel fueron amables y serviciales. Mucha basura en los pasillos. Parece que la gente no usa los botes de basura provistos. Las camas eran súper cómodas.

La habitación era increíble, limpia y enorme. Vinimos con otra pareja y nos sentimos como si tuviéramos muchísimo espacio. ¡Y además estaba muy cerca de Disneyland! Era la ubicación perfecta para nosotros.

Nice newer hotel in San Jose area. Hotel has it's own cafe so when you wake up, there's a breakfast and coffee options to start the day. Gym was nice and large with new equipments. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and would definitely stay here again. Check in was simple and parking includes free 3 hours parking. Overnight parking is $20.
