A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

La ubicación es fácil de encontrar en la entrada de la cueva Zeus, y tiene un dolmus (minibus) que va a kusadasi jamás 30-40mins (coste 46tl (2024)). Los negativos - Las tazas de bebida son pequeñas, muy pequeñas, pequeñas tazas de plástico que entiendo es reducir el desperdicio, pero como invitado no quiero visitar la zona del bar 2-3 veces para aplastar mi sed. Nota las dimensiones de la cerveza parecen decentes, así que si no bebe alcohol no se molesta aquí. - Deseos de comida en todas las comidas son el mismo día en día, me gustan unos pocos, pero la variedad sigue manteniendo a los clientes felizes. - el entretenimiento se centra en parejas y la misma cosa sobre y sobre, así que también aquí no hay variedad. Incredible! Ultra all inclusive done properly! So many restaurants to choose from, all with pretty amazing food! Service was great, even the valet was included. The beach was beautiful, 4 different pools to choose from, gym first class - honestly couldn’t fault this hotel or stay. Usually there is some sort of jobsworth receptionist in a hotel that tells you you can or can’t do something - this wasn’t like that at all. Everyone and everything was spectacular! We’ll be back again this year for sure!

La hospitalidad es mala. No tiene buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación estaba bien, pero no tenía vistas. Desde la habitación se veía un camión de basura en la calle, ya que la habitación estaba en la planta baja. Pedimos una habitación con vistas al mar, si estaba disponible. La persona de recepción nos dijo que había habitaciones con vistas al mar disponibles, pero que había que pagar 50 libras extra por noche. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no había mucha variedad. Te cobran un extra por el zumo de naranja natural, lo que es ridículo para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively. Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

El hotel está situado a 15 minutos a pie de la playa de las damas, al lado del barullo centro de la ciudad. Todos nos gustaba, el único - sería bueno si se añadiéran más bebidas al desayuno, y entonces sólo hay té y agua

Vivimos 3 noches juntos, la habitación es muy grande, muy tranquila y cómoda, el paisaje del hotel es muy bonito, y a pie hay un castillo de antigüedades en unos minutos, y hay un restaurante rosa en la playa rosa, pero la comida del hotel también es muy buena, y podrá disfrutar del paisaje más hermoso en el hotel, El personal del servicio del hotel también es especialmente entusiasta. Отличное место. Чуть в стороне от центра Кушадасы, в районе Явансу, но это скорее преимущество, чем недостаток. Прекрасно спланированная, ухоженная зелёная территория, работа садовника вызывает уважение и заслуживает комплиментов. Реальный оазис на побережье! Мы жили в основ корпусе и к номерам, их размеру, состоянию и качеству уборки нет никаких нареканий. Всё качественно и удобно. Шикарный бассейн для детей и взрослых, небольшой спортзал, удобный пляжный клуб и своя огороженная акватория. Если кто-то из друзей или знакомых соберётся в Кушадасы, рекомендовать буду непременно! P.S. Есть несколько моментов, исключительно разумных с точки зрения бизнеса, но не супер удобных для гостей, проживающих более 2 ночей - в 18:00 закрывается пляжная зона, на ней ставятся столики ресторана, и по weekend’ам дискотеки до часу ночи, звук которых слышен в номерах.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.
