Espaciosa para 3 o 4 personas, con dos camas grandes y una sala de estar. Las camas son lo suficientemente grandes para cuatro personas, por lo que no se necesita sofá cama. La ducha incluye una sala de estar, lo cual es una grata sorpresa. Incluye las comodidades habituales de los dormitorios, como onsen, refrigerios nocturnos, paletas y café.

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

First time staying at a Dormy hotel inn and super impressed with the level of hospitality for the price! 1. Public onsen and sauna are available on the top floor. Gender segregated with both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo) sections and the usual amenities. Only the sauna is closed overnight, the onsen remains open. Washing machine and dryer are available on 12F too. The washing machine is free, the dryer is not. 2. Free refreshment once you're done with your onsen. Ice cream at night and probiotic drink in the morning. 3. Free serving of ramen (yonakisoba) at night from 21:30-23:00. Head over to the restaurant at 2F. 4. Breakfast buffet is available and it was honestly quite decent for the price. Would stay at Dormy again if I return to Japan 😊

The room was clean overall and service was quite good. But my stay at the hotel ended on a low note. On my check-out day I decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the 2nd floor. The menu included a ”Continental Breakfast” (at 2000 yen), for which I could choose between toast/croissant/danish, different juices, and coffee or tea. I assumed that the above choices are breakfast items with options, and expected a normal ”Continental Breakfast” which usually includes an egg, bacon/sausage/ham, and some potato fries etc. It turns out that this continental breakfast includes *only* 3 pieces of toasted bread (they later gave me 2 additional pieces because the original 3 were too burned), along with juice and coffee, charging me 2000 yen just for these. I felt this is a rip-off even for a hotel breakfast, and misleading.

Es una estancia y un hotel agradables, pero no está muy limpio y además no había ninguna botella de agua en la habitación, que normalmente todos los hoteles ofrecen a sus huéspedes.

I Travel to Kinosaki Onsen, the hotel location was good near JR station and also near the tourist spot. Para empezar, esta ubicación está un poco apartada; si quieres alojarte cerca del centro, tienes que tomar el ”Portliner” unas cuantas paradas. Para mí no fue un problema, pero no me di cuenta al reservar. Lo elegí por el onsen/sauna y quedé muy satisfecho: fue la mejor sauna/bañera de agua fría que he probado en Japón (hasta ahora). Era más caliente (y más fría) que cualquier otra cosa. El jacuzzi también estaba bien, pero me fijo más en los ciclos de sauna y bañera de agua fría que en cualquier otra cosa. Las habitaciones son nuevas y tienen buen aspecto, aunque un poco pequeñas. Como era de esperar. Si tienes dudas, quédate una noche... usa el onsen y después tómate un café con leche. Te sentirás genial. El bar/restaurante de la azotea también estaba bien y el personal era muy amable.

¡Limpo, fácil de llegar desde la estación y el precio es razonable, incluyendo un delicioso desayuno, por lo que es muy asequible! También hay lavadoras y secadoras gratuitas. Puede leer los dibujos animados a cualquier disposición, hay muchos artículos de lavado, protectores de cabello y una variedad de peluqueros. También es gratis masajes. Es como un hotel en cadena que opera en la región de Shanghai, así que la próxima vez que iba a ahí, quería quedarme en otra tienda.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです

酒店位置很好，建在山上，遠眺風景不錯。公共休息區很舒適，房間也很寬敞，飲食服務都很專業。有台灣小姐姐店員，能用中文服務，對中文遊客很友好。 但是作為温泉酒店，這家有兩個致命的缺陷。 首先，酒店衹有一個温泉浴池，而且這個公共浴池的尺寸很小，放在別家可能衹夠做一個私湯。若注重温泉體驗，想泡大浴池，這家恐怕不是首選。 其次，酒店純木式建築，隔音效果很差，而酒店房間窗户正對發電機，夜晚會持續發出巨大噪音，戴耳塞都擋不住，導致我整夜難以入眠。 雖然對房間和服務印象都很好，但很抱歉，以上兩個缺陷實在太影響温泉療愈的體驗。如能改進，將非常完美。
