I arrived early and the staff told us to keep the car at hotel car parking with 300yen per hour, which is cheap and let us hassle free leaving the car and start our sight seeing. When we came back to hotel at night, all the luggage was in the room. Super grateful. Very care to kid with kid amenities. The onsen environment is clean and looks new! Close to JR if you travel by railway. Complimentary noodles with Xmas style and free drinks making kid so happy for the stay!

Great hotel, nice facilities, specially the baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance from himeji station and close to a groceries. The only downside for me was that my room was on the 3rd floor close to the pedestrian crossing. No noise at night, but in the morning you will get the sound from the crossing giving green light to the pedestrian.

Aunque solicité una habitación para no fumadores, en el momento del check-in me informaron que ”debido a su solicitud, hemos preparado una habitación para fumadores”. Protesté y pedí una habitación para no fumadores, pero Kenmohororo dijo: ”Hoy estamos completos”. Como eran más de las 10 de la noche y estaba cansado, acepté de mala gana. Pasé la noche en una habitación que olía a tabaco. Este es un hotel increíble. Nunca más me quedare ahí.

I had a wonderful stay at Dormy Inn! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the city. I highly recommend the free supper noodle—so delicious. Definitely will come back on my next visit to Kobe!

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

這是一間溫泉酒店，有金湯銀湯，非常舒服。房間內的浴室有臭味，我見書枱上有空氣消臭噴劑，即是酒店都知道洗手間很臭，並沒有處理只提消臭噴劑，令人太失望。早餐豐富，味道很好，自己燒魚很有趣，還可以自己燒豆腐花，晚餐或者料理也很好味。

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

El hotel está bien, pero la ubicación está lejos de la ciudad Aproximadamente 40 minutos de coche, hay un estacionamiento gratuito. El segundo piso tiene sopa de hombre y mujer, y el hall tiene una tarjeta de juego. La calidad es el precio de la vida

Este hotel es genial, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y es fácil de encontrar. Está cerca del aeropuerto, es limpio, cómodo y tiene un onsen estupendo. El hotel es de estilo europeo y espacioso para tres personas. ¡Me alegré tanto que olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación, pero en lugar de eso tomé una de la vista desde la ventana!
