Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

Recientemente me quedé en el Hotel Amman de Mövenpick y me impresionó el nivel de servicio y la experiencia general. Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.

The experience was amazing 🌟 I stayed at the hotel with my friend, and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and well organized, and all the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely visit again 💕

El hotel estaba fenomenal, las habitaciones eran muy grandes y limpias, la cama era de lo más cómoda. El servicio de la piscina no podía ser mejor, y la comida del hotel buenísima, el bar de la terraza estaba fenomenal, 100% recomendado. Volvería con los ojos cerrados. Los findes hacen fiestas en la piscina por el día, tanto para niños como para adultos, con Dj incluido. Y con mucha seguridad, por lo que te sientes como en casa.

El hotel es increíble , muy limpio en todas partes , no me gusta que no tengan reservas para fumadores todos fuman en cualquier parte que sientan un buen lugar para ello , no pensar en la gente que no fumamos incluyendo niños pequeños , será agradable si ellos encargar a los fumadores a fumar en zonas designadas y no en restaurantes y bares , comí en el restaurante 5 de mayo ( como un buen lol mexicano ) no estaba convencido de que encontraría buenos alimentos mexicanos , He equivocado, he felicitado a la comida y cocinero, y así las bebidas , bebí una Paloma una típica base mexicana de bebidas con tequila , esquirt , zumo de pomelo , jugo de lim sobre el vaso de anillo salino , Tequila usada en mis bebidas era Don Julio , Todo el material desde el estacionamiento valet a los receptores y en general fueron muy amigables, definitivamente recomiendo este hotel si usted visita Amman Jordan o
