El hotel no está lejos del centro de la ciudad y el transporte público es muy conveniente. Se tarda 5 minutos en regresar al autobús del aeropuerto. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y también está muy cerca a pie. La suite del hotel es grande, tiene aire acondicionado y está bien decorada. Es muy cómodo para vivir. Hay servicio de consigna de equipaje. Es muy moderno y recomendado.

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias con todo lo necesario. Los diferentes espacios de piscinas son top. Mini golf, billar, volley playa, realmente todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. A 5 minutos a pie, a pocos minutos a pie. Recomiendo este hotel para un servicio muy bueno sin tener que gastar un presupuesto muy abundante.

Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo, ¡esta es la mejor opción! Si tu idea de vacaciones es tener solo una actividad al día y descansar tranquilamente, este es un lugar excelente.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

El registro fue sin problemas y encontramos nuestra habitación en el hotel de enfrente. La habitación en sí estaba bien, con muchas toallas y una cama bastante cómoda. Nuestra única queja fue lo ruidoso que era el aire acondicionado exterior. Era tan ruidoso que no pudimos dormir, así que tuvimos que apagarlo toda la noche y dejarlo encendido durante el día. Ah, y a veces salía olor a cloaca por el tapón de la ducha, pero solo lo notábamos por la mañana. Optamos por el todo incluido, pero ojalá no lo hubiéramos hecho. La primera mañana fuimos a desayunar y no quedaban cubiertos ni vasos para beber. Acabé comiendo una tortilla con cuchara y esperábamos que la cena fuera mejor. Llegamos a cenar y mi marido lo describió como un mercado de ganado. Había demasiada gente y, de nuevo, no quedaban tenedores ni vasos. Salimos y fuimos a comer a otro sitio. Una experiencia gastronómica muy estresante y caótica, y nunca más lo intentamos. Intentamos pedir algo de beber en el bar principal de la piscina del hotel, pero nos dijeron que necesitábamos los llaveros que venían en la mochila, algo que nadie nos avisó. Al parecer, las pulseras del todo incluido no son suficientes. Al final no usamos el todo incluido y gastamos más dinero en otro sitio. Las piscinas estaban limpias y acogedoras, pero la gente reservaba todas las tumbonas con antelación. La ubicación era buena, a un corto paseo de la playa y a 5 minutos del parque acuático, que fue muy divertido. Hay un pequeño restaurante genial al lado que sirve curry, kebabs, pizza y bebidas por la noche, y también una tienda Spar a un par de minutos.

La vista al mar es bonita y las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas. El baño es demasiado pequeño y la puerta está mal diseñada. La limpieza de la habitación era normal. El papel higiénico se acabó el primer día y no lo repusieron durante los tres días siguientes. No había agua suministrada. Está alejado de la ciudad, es apto para conducir y para estar en posición horizontal. No hay autobuses cerca y el transporte no es muy conveniente.
