La habitación era insensible y el personal de recepción era increíblemente útil y bienvenido a lo largo de nuestra estancia. «The location is superb, and they give you souvenirs for your stay if you book through trip. but that was it. The facilities are old, which is pretty much expected. Hotel Service was soso. One of their staff was rude, while the others were nice. So I cant say its excellent service. Given the miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, the room type i booked actually only has internal view or no view at all. The details on trip said it's city view, so I was expecting to see some nice views of Quanzhou when i went into the room. Much to my dismay, all i see are blocks (picture attached). As the hotel is old, their lighting system is dark. Additionally, the views are blocked, so the room is even darker. I managed to change to another room, but still, no nice view. With all disappointment, I reflected my situation to Trip com CS and they are very responsive and helpful. They changed the description for this room type in just a few days.»
