Hoteles con Spa en Fujian, China

The location was nice but the subway requires quite a lot of steps to go down, might be difficult with luggage. The room had a bit of a moldy smell but I've read that this problem extends to every other hotel in Fuzhou. Nice view of the park from the top.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en este hotel. El servicio de recepción fue excelente, e incluso me ofrecieron una habitación de categoría superior. Todas las habitaciones se activan por voz, lo cual es muy práctico, e incluso tienen un modo de suspensión con un solo toque. El entorno es encantador, con vistas al mar desde la ventana. ¡Las comodidades de la habitación son excelentes y están muy limpias!

La habitación es muy grande y muchos de los diseños tecnológicos son exquisitos. El inodoro viene con un asiento de inodoro desechable, lo cual es una ventaja muy considerada. Normalmente lo traemos con nosotros en viajes de negocios, pero el clima retrasó el viaje y estábamos. No estoy completamente preparado. Esto me hizo muy feliz. Me gusta. También hay un cargador inalámbrico. Es muy conveniente y novedoso. También me gusta usar el cargador inalámbrico en casa. y atento y ayuda a resolver las necesidades lo antes posible. Es muy agradable. Volveré aquí la próxima vez que esté en un viaje de negocios a Fuzhou. Podemos comer abajo. El café y las frutas también son muy convenientes y son una buena experiencia.

Los años de Dragon, que se inauguran en un hotel nuevo, también son muy caros! El servicio completo está intimidad a las reglas, el personal ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a preparar el equipaje, presentar las instalaciones en detalle, tiene una respuesta de demanda muy rápida, incluso cuando se trata de una caldera, se le recordará intimidad durante mucho tiempo, no hay ningún sentido de reproducción en el nuevo hotel. Las instalaciones son más limpias y completamente nuevas, el control de clientes inteligentes en la habitación es muy conveniente, los productos de cama grandes son suaves y cómodos, y la ventana es la vista de Kowloon; Más de 3000 plantas de jardines planos están ocultas en verdes, docenas de piscinas temáticas están llenas de privacidad, y piscinas calientes, gimnasios, parientes y bibliotecas, tanto solos como con niños. La comida de buffet es aún más rica, frutas de mar y sabor antiguo de una estación de cartón, con una excelente ubicación cerca de la antigua ciudad, es realmente un nuevo barrio de vacaciones sin mineros cerrados! ¡Apreciemos a los compañeros de la hoja de fruta, es realmente preguntar y responder,

I specially would like to send my compliment to front desk staff Niki who helped me check-in on 22 April. She was well-trained, very kind and considerate. She explained well for what I needed, and what the hotel was offering me as a member of the IHG club member. I look forward to seeing her in my next stay =) 

Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far.

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.
