El destino me llevó a volver al Hotel Kaiyuan Mingdu. Me casé allí en 2009, en mi ciudad natal. Me sorprendió encontrar uno en Zhangzhou, así que lo elegí sin dudarlo. Servicio: Excelente en todos los aspectos. A mi hijo le encanta bañarse, así que opté por una habitación con bañera, aunque eso implicara gastar más. Si no es tu preferencia, una habitación normal está perfectamente bien y te ahorrará dinero en comparación con una habitación con bañera. ¡Muy recomendable! El gerente, Zhang Xiaoyi, brindó un servicio excelente.

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

春節出遊，提前2個月預訂，三坊七巷周邊的都很貴，找了這家老牌五星級酒店，價格實惠體驗好，性價比👍，離地鐵1號線樹兜站較近，去三坊七巷乘坐地鐵1號線2站到東街口站下，春節正好遇到公交地鐵免費，超級幸運！酒店周邊都是居民區，比較安靜。查了酒店歷史，建造初期主要用於接待外賓。以為有點年份會比較舊，沒想到很乾凈，設施也不錯，服務和管理都可以，門庭設計氣派。自助早餐花樣也挺多，還有福州特色美食，最受歡迎的是撈化。家人們住得很滿意。

We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.

En general, un buen hotel bien situado para un personal de precio es muy cordial y útil. Estaba una noche y lo hallé como un cómodo cuarto de estar con aire acondicionado y limpio estaba funcionando.

La habitación es espaciosa y está bien ubicada, cerca de la terminal de ferry de Dongdu. El desayuno es abundante. La tía Ye, del servicio de habitaciones, es muy puntual y entusiasta. La piscina es al aire libre y a los niños les encanta. Nos alojamos dos noches y nadamos muchas veces.

La habitación es muy grande y muchos de los diseños tecnológicos son exquisitos. El inodoro viene con un asiento de inodoro desechable, lo cual es una ventaja muy considerada. Normalmente lo traemos con nosotros en viajes de negocios, pero el clima retrasó el viaje y estábamos. No estoy completamente preparado. Esto me hizo muy feliz. Me gusta. También hay un cargador inalámbrico. Es muy conveniente y novedoso. También me gusta usar el cargador inalámbrico en casa. y atento y ayuda a resolver las necesidades lo antes posible. Es muy agradable. Volveré aquí la próxima vez que esté en un viaje de negocios a Fuzhou. Podemos comer abajo. El café y las frutas también son muy convenientes y son una buena experiencia.

Nothing to complain as it's well maintained/efficient and is your standard 5 star hotel (with a view of the Jinjiang River fireworks on NYE). Perhaps we were biased coming from Kaipuu Belfry which was located in West Street so while Intercontinental was also about a 25 minutes pleasant walk from the estuary Harbor sites (Zhenwu Temple / WenxingGong) which are also UNESCO sites , nothing beats the location of the former hotel! Aesthetically, we were not fans of the multi color lighted facade at night but that's just a personal preference. Special mention to Fay of the front desk for good service.

Es muy agradable simplemente pasear por el hotel, tomar té y soñar despierto. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Tahoe shopping complex, and has plenty of restaurants along the way to Tahoe. The room is very clean and spacious, bedding and pillow are very comfortable to sleep in. The in house shower gel and shampoo also smells divine, and housekeeping always tops you up with bottle of water as well. One of the staff who was wearing blue uniform skirt at the spa was really good at massages with consistent pressure and strokes. The facility is very clean, with a steam room inside the couple / VIP room and we were served with a tray of tea and snacks after our massage. Spa price can be a bit pricy, but worth to give it ago for guests who wants to relax. Would definitely stay at Kempinski again when visiting Fuzhou.
