I booked this hotel by accident and last minute, but fortunately the hotel was amazing, reasonable price, complete facilities, and make my stay amazing and comfort. all the hectic days in airport was gone. this hotel very recommended if you want layover a while to Fuzhou Airport.

Es genial tener piscina cubierta y gimnasio. La habitación tiene el tamaño perfecto y está limpia. Además, la vista y la ubicación del hotel son muy buenas. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de ZhongShanLu. Merece la pena volver.

We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.

Location is great, food is all around. Apart from occasional cigarette smell there's this bang and noise along the corridor by drunk guest. Luckily this only happens 2 times throughout my 9 nights there. Overall still a decent good place to stay in.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco Polo Xiamen. The overall experience exceeded expectations, with excellent service and well-maintained facilities throughout the property. A special highlight was the Club Lounge access. It truly elevated the stay, offering a comfortable environment, great food and beverage selections, and a more exclusive, relaxed atmosphere compared to the main areas of the hotel. It’s definitely worth opting for if you want a more premium experience. I would also like to give special recognition to Betty, who provided exceptional service during my stay. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely went out of her way to ensure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and friendliness made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers. Looking forward to staying here again.

The stay was pleasant overall. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was generally clean — I’d rate cleanliness at 4 stars. The only issue was the sound insulation, as it could get a bit noisy at night.

Este es el hotel con la mejor ubicación y entorno en el área escénica de Wuyishan, y también es un hotel que ha ganado premios internacionales de diseño. Es muy agradable simplemente pasear por el hotel, tomar té y soñar despierto. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. El portero tomó la iniciativa de ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje y nos presentó con entusiasmo las instalaciones del hotel. ¡Fue muy considerado! El restaurante con cortina de agua del hotel también es muy bueno. Comí allí dos días consecutivos. ¡Todos sirvieron especialidades de la montaña Wuyi, que eran realmente buenas!
