This is our family trip to Malaysia, and we have two elders and a baby with us. Considering the check-in time was 3 AM, we booked two days so we could enter early in the morning and rest. Honestly, when you’re traveling with family, you just do whatever is most convenient as long as it’s affordable. The apartment has a great location—literally 15–18 minutes from the airport. All the food spots and supermarkets are within walking distance. It’s just an all-around great package for a first-time visitor to the city. It was easy to sign in at security and get access to the apartment. The elevator is a bit slow because there are many residents in the building, but it’s acceptable. Once we entered the room, the AC was already on—what a breeze to welcome us on arrival. The room was clean, everything tidy. There were even clear instructions in the shower on how to use the water heater, which made things a lot easier. My in-laws took a nice hot shower after a 3-hour flight delay, and it was such a relief. Later in the day—maybe because of the red-eye flight and the massive delay—the fatigue kicked in. Plus, we’re not used to the humid and hot Malaysian weather. My father-in-law started having a fever. I had Tylenol and other medicines ready in the bag, but we clearly needed a plan B. I reached out to the owner immediately. My father-in-law was feeling cold even after the fever subsided. The owner contacted his friend in the same building right away and got us an extra blanket. Plan B was to cancel our driving trip to Mount Kinabalu the next day. Since my father-in-law was sick, having him in the car for a 2–3 hour drive wouldn’t help his rest. And if things got worse while we were up in the mountains, he wouldn’t get the medical attention he needed in the middle of nowhere. It was better to cancel and stay in the city. So naturally, if we could extend the room and let him rest another day, he might recover enough for us to continue the rest of the trip. Unfortunately, the room was already booked for the next day. The owner told us we could book another room and he’d try to let us check in earlier to make the transition easier. After we booked the new room, I believe he made some arrangements behind the scenes. He later texted us saying we could stay in the same room tomorrow—no room change needed. I’m really thankful to such an understanding owner, someone who genuinely cares and makes the effort to help a random visitor like me. I told him I’d write down this positive experience to share with others. Hopefully, it brings him more business.

We stay in for 4 persons for 2 nights The junior suite + extra bed is suitable & comfort. The hotel is very near to Pasar Pilipin and Anjung Senja waterfront, jalan kaki saja.

Lokasi yg sgt strategik, luas, affordable, sgt sesuai utk jln2 sekitar Gaya Street, strongly recommended, definitely will book this apartment again 😊

Home view sgt cantik.. Selesa dan bersih.sesuai untuk famili yg dtg untuk bercuti n berehat. Harga berbaloi dengan kemudahan n keselesaan yg d sediakn.. Datang masa cuti sekolah,pool agak penuh n kebersihan 😐..

Best decision to staycation for 3 days in 2 nights here. This hotel located in Tanjong Aru which is beautiful place, next to the beach. The room is spacious and included with bathtub. The price is affordable comparing the amenities and services provided. Will definitely come here again for my next KK trip. Love it so much

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Check-in was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is clean, and all amenities are available. The price is reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for both leisure trips and business stays.

La habitación es realmente grande, es el último hotel de alta gama en Kota Kinabalu. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en diagonal frente al muelle de Jesston. Es muy conveniente para ir de isla en isla. También es el mismo muelle para participar en Adventure's Paradise Island. Justo enfrente del hotel se encuentra el centro comercial Shuguang, que tiene Bawang Chaji, por lo que es muy conveniente comprar algo y tomar una comida ligera. Hay muchos restaurantes de celebridades de Internet cerca, y básicamente puedes llegar a todos ellos en diez minutos a pie: Xinji, Old Street Coffee, Good Coffee, WOO, Gaya Coco, hay demasiados y muchos de los carteles son tan. pequeño que pasé junto a ellos accidentalmente. Lo malo es que la suite con vistas al mar que reservamos tiene una habitación en cada piso del 12 al 21, pero no en los pisos 13 y 14, por lo que en realidad solo hay 8 habitaciones. los tejados del amanecer. Llegamos demasiado tarde el primer día y quedamos atónitos con la vista al mar cuando nos despertamos por la mañana. Luego pedí encarecidamente cambiar de habitación y luego me mudé al piso 17. La foto es del piso 17. Puedes ver que tomé la foto mientras estaba en cuclillas. en el sofá del salón. La piscina de la azotea no es grande, sólo 1,2 metros, y los niños sólo pueden utilizar aros salvavidas. Otro punto es que no hay muchos coreanos en este restaurante, pero sí muchos chinos, y el ambiente es agradable.

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great location! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only downside was that housekeeping didn’t replace the toiletries or towels on the second day. Still, it’s a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Our stay in this hotel is superb , the room is very very nice and updated to the latest (i believe) , it has a good view of the sea where you can see the boat go and come back from the island, bed is super comfy and large , toilet and vanity area is very very spacious (we looovedd it!!) for in house guest, parking is just Rm10 (once) with unlimited time (in/out) you just need to let the front desk team know ur car plate number. We add on the breakfast upon check in at a cost of Rm65/adult, it was okay, choices can be improve but we love the beef noodle and tea tarik very much! we will definitely come back again for our staycation🥰❣️
