This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

I booked a room at Hilton Kota Kinabalu for my wedding celebration, and it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for getting ready and relaxing before the event. The interior felt modern and well-maintained, which added a nice touch to the whole wedding atmosphere. The staff were professional and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests, which made everything much smoother during such a busy time. The hotel environment was calm and pleasant, making it ideal for a special occasion like this. Overall, I’m really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it for weddings or important events.

Highly recommended for families. This room is accessible to nice and beautiful views such as mountains,city, sea and island.

En general buen hotel. Habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas, el problema es que no están muy bien insonorizadas, coincidimos con un grupo de niños y se complicó un poco descansar. En la piscina faltan tumbonas y alguien que vigile que se cumplan las normas. El desayuno en general bien aunque muy orientado a asiáticos y debido al volumen de gente a veces un poco difícil conseguir mesa. El servicio muy amable en todo momento.

I had a really pleasant experience as a solo traveller. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the amenities, which exceeded my expectations. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The atmosphere was relaxing and felt safe for solo travel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

One of our best experience. Best part about Manukan Sutera lodge 1) very helpful and friendly staff. 2) i booked 2 rooms. They gave me adjoining room. Super helpful for family with kids. 3) very spacious rooms. 4) sunset viewpoint is a big plus. U get the see the beautiful sunset. But have to walk 1.5km to and another 1.5km back. 5) private beach is helpful for guests so that we don't have to share the public beach with the rest of the visitors. U get to see more fish and corals because fewer tourists to scare away the fish 6) free rental snorkeling equipment. 7) delicious and sumptuous breakfast. 8) easy boat transport. Free overnightt parking at sutera marina club. Disadvantages 1) no data signal or wifi in the room.have to go to reception for wifi or data signal. 2) dinner is slightly more expensive because there is only 1 restaurant, so no other choices. But food is delicious, even for the fried rice (see pic)

Overall, my experience here was good. The stay was comfortable, the service was reliable, and everything met my expectations for the price. No major complaints—I’d definitely consider staying here again.

My stay here with my family is okay, but there's few things i dislike so much is how long we should wait to go up to our unit. Waiting time is around 20-30mins, there's one night some random person triggered the alarm system and caused a longest queuing line to go back to their own place and mind you it was almost midnight when this happened 😮💨🙃room has few things need to be repair (room light is flickering, bed is slanted on one side, sofa bed only stand still with the help of a wall😮💨) Room depo is Rm200 (cash for foreigners) only will be return on the next 3 working days after checked out, so be mindful to take all the notes you need on the things is already faulty on ur check in day so you'll get ur depo back. Will i come back? i don't think so.. but location wise, great location.

La hora prometida para registrarse es a las 2:00 p. m., pero espere hasta las 4:00 p. m. Incluso llame para preguntar el tiempo estimado y tampoco hubo respuesta. Reservado también con vistas al mar pero con vistas a la piscina con árbol. La habitación es buena, pero no se recomienda ya que el servicio es terrible y tampoco como reserva.
