¡Recomiendo muchísimo esta habitación doble con vista al mar junto a la playa de Shichangzhe en el distrito de Laoshan! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, lo que la hace increíblemente conveniente. La habitación ofrece una vista panorámica del mar azul, con vista directa a la playa de Shichangzhe. Podrás contemplar el amanecer sobre el mar por la mañana y sentir la suave brisa marina por la tarde. Las camas individuales son amplias y cómodas, la ropa de cama está limpia y confortable, la habitación es luminosa y limpia, y las instalaciones son completas. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. Es la primera vez en mis 7 años en China que he recibido un servicio tan excelente y un trato tan cálido en Le Meridien. Cindy, Luna y el joven conserje saben cómo atender a los huéspedes. Cindy y Luna se encargaron de los arreglos para mi esposa, que llegó tarde sin que yo dijera nada. También nos dieron automáticamente un upgrade de habitación y nos dieron la bienvenida al programa de recompensas Marriott Bonvoy. Nos conectaron por mensajería instantánea para facilitar la comunicación durante nuestra estancia. La Sra. Liu me dio unos cupones para un café con leche. El desayuno estaba delicioso. The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

A Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Qingdao ❤️ I checked into the Hyatt Regency Qingdao around 2pm, feeling hungry and exhausted after a long day. I had also bought quite a lot of dry food and local specialties from Laoshan as gifts to bring back to Singapore. With so many bags and luggage, I was wondering how I would manage everything myself. The moment I arrived, the bellboy warmly greeted me, opened the car door, helped with all my luggage and gifts, and guided me through check-in. I was already very grateful for his help. After checking in, I was extremely hungry and wanted to get to the restaurant as quickly as possible. I asked if the staff could bring all my luggage and gifts to my room. I wasn’t even sure if they provided this service, but they immediately said, “No problem.” I handed everything to them and went straight to the restaurant without following them to my room. I was simply too hungry! 😂 Later, when I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see all my luggage, bags and gifts neatly arranged and placed properly in the right places. They didn’t just leave everything there — they had taken the extra effort to organize my belongings. That thoughtful gesture really touched me. ❤️ At the restaurant, I jokingly told the waiter, “I’m really hungry! What’s the fastest food the kitchen can prepare in 10 minutes?” 😂 He quickly recommended the tomato and egg soup noodles. I confirmed the order, and amazingly, within about 10 minutes, my hot bowl of soup noodles arrived! 🍜 After such a tiring journey, that bowl of hot soup was exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff. From helping with my luggage, to carefully arranging everything in my room, and responding so quickly at the restaurant — everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Regency Qingdao for making my arrival so comfortable and memorable. Sometimes, it is the small gestures that make a hotel stay truly special. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and service. I will definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Qingdao to my friends, and I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao! ❤️🇨🇳

En primer lugar, quiero destacar la habitación. La habitación con vistas al mar ofrece una vista espectacular de la playa de Batu Pahat. Despertar por la mañana y contemplar el amanecer con vistas al mar es una experiencia muy agradable, aunque la vista está parcialmente interrumpida por rejas. La habitación también es muy espaciosa, está a menos de 5 minutos a pie del metro y a menos de 10 minutos del centro comercial Lion, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Sin embargo, las instalaciones y la limpieza de la habitación eran regulares. Encontré mocos secos en la pared; desconozco quién los dejó allí, pero el hotel no los limpió correctamente. Además, la puerta del armario estaba rota, la ventana no cerraba y la luz parpadeaba. Ducharme solo por la noche resultó un poco inquietante. (Ver vídeo) En segundo lugar, está el problema de seguridad. Resulta que la recepción y las habitaciones no están en el mismo edificio; hay que caminar 30 metros desde la recepción hasta el edificio de las habitaciones. El camino es irregular y, por la mañana, está lleno de coches aparcados, lo que obliga a zigzaguear. Volver de noche es muy oscuro, lo que genera una gran sensación de inseguridad al ir solo. El edificio donde se encuentra la habitación es una antigua recepción abandonada, sin vigilancia. La única medida de seguridad es pasar la tarjeta de la habitación para entrar en el ascensor, pero la puerta de la salida de emergencia está abierta. Al caminar solo, uno tiene la sensación de que alguien podría esconderse en cualquier parte y atacarlo, lo que provoca una gran inquietud. (Ver vídeo)

I really found this hotel good value for money. The standard room was spacious with plenty of place to work on a laptop and sit and watch a bit of TV. The staff were very responsive. When I arrived, my room smelt a little smoky, and after mentioning this to the staff, they immediately sent a team to deodorise the entire floor, and the room smelt beautiful thereafter. Two in-house restaurants to choose from was a real bonus, and a short walk to the ocean was also great I'll definitely return!
