Fantastic location, with the vibey Venice water town just across the road, the Russian walking street roughly 4 kilometers away, Bangchuidao within 6 kilometers, Xinghai Square and Xinghai Bay Bridge scenic area not far away, and several gourmet options within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious, divided into a kitchenette, a bathroom with wet and dry separation, a living area and a bedroom. It came with a standard refrigerator and washing machine, which were super convenient. A microwave would have been helpful. The view from the window was simply gorgeous. Special thanks to Maggie who was proactive and took care of my every little need. And she speaks English. I am definitely staying here the next time I visit Dalian.

Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian

La experiencia de esta estadía es excelente. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el transporte es conveniente. Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas y el estilo de decoración es brevemente amplio. La calidad de la comida es alta y el proceso de servicio es eficiente. This hotel is in the prime location in Dalian and it has an amazing view. It is essentially an apartment being rented as a hotel, so it has apartment like amenities such as a washer, a counter top and sink and a China size one person refridgerator. The bed is China style. There is a neat window seat at the window to sit and watch the world go by. The manager is completely amazing and can communicate via Wechat and is helpful with anything needed. There are no hotel amenities and it is different to get into until you get the hang of it.

Mi primer viaje a China será memorable gracias a este hotel. La persona de recepción hablaba coreano, así que el registro fue impecable. Aunque llegué temprano, ¡me ayudaron a entrar a mi habitación antes! Como éramos tantos, necesitaba una habitación espaciosa, tipo sala de estar, así que pregunté en recepción y me cambiaron a una habitación superior gratis, ¡y lo pasé genial! El hotel estaba en un piso alto, así que la vista era fantástica. Aunque era tarde, fueron tan amables que me trajeron toallas enseguida cuando les dije que se me estaban acabando. También hay una tienda de conveniencia Lawson abierta las 24 horas en la primera planta, un lugar ideal para tomar una cerveza de madrugada. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a los coreanos que visiten Dalian!

The hotel was on the high rise building & had a great window view. It's located next to Wanda Plaza. So there are plenty of restaurants & shopping places. The room was big & clean with good facilities. Overall I am happy with the stay and will stay again

El servicio de la recepción era muy bueno , teníamos algo de comida que estaba frío así que se ofreció a llevarla a la cocina para rehumidificar para nosotros n trajo de vuelta a nuestra habitación por un guardarobo . El baño gratuito de Onsen fue un bonus adicional n que podíamos lavar nuestra ropa de lavandería en un lavadero completo con secador gratis . Servicio excepcional del personal y recomendará muy a este hotel Café gratis n bebida herbal n titbits proporcionan 24hs gratis también .

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are some apartments in a residential building. Nice view overlooking the habour. The reception is an old man who calls the owner for check-in by video call. (Not sure if they speak English so heads-up for international travelers) The room is clean. The bed is spacious. It is around 15 min walk to the metro station.

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.
