We were so impressed by the service of the hosts. The airport pick up & drop off were smooth and we didn’t need to wait long. The driver helped us to move all our luggages and even carried up some stairs to our room as my husband hurt his ankle. During drop-off to the airport, the driver came to us again to help carry our luggages down the stairs and to his van too. Appreciate it. We love this home stay so much and wished to stay longer rather than just one night to catch our next flight. The place was really clean and beds were very comfortable. Washing machine is available but no dryer so we didn’t get to use it. There’s a beach nearby, around 8-10 mins walk on foot. Just turn right when you reach the main road and walk across it. This place is perfect for a flight transit stay.

Room design is simple yet good arrangement as one can shower/toilet while another can still wash up at hand washing basin outside. Open clothes wardrobe makes it easy access to clothes right after shower yet separated from bed. There is also a nice view from hotel / Pizza Hut restaurant watching over Gulangyu island. Location is marvellous as there is sightseeing bus stop downstairs and ferry terminal to Gulangyu is just opposite hotel. While ZhongShan Pedestrian street is just beside the hotel. You may walk far into the seafood street. Can checkout the King crabs and lobsters. There are plenty of eateries to choose. However, many restaurants serving almost the same food. It is a great place to shop and get souvenirs. Metro station is few minutes away and you can access to almost anywhere via metro. There are local tours to see Hakka Tulou, Xiamen coastal, Gulangyu, it is very cheap but it is a little time wasting as it fetches and drop off at few locations; also brings to shopping before the main tour and more shopping after the main tour. They don’t force you to buy though. It is entirely up to you. If you have time and in no hurry…yes, join the tour as it is really cheap for a whole day Tulou tour which cost around RMB128 per person. Have a nice holidays in Xiamen.

El hotel está situado en el 20o piso, pero el hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica, pero debe considerarse cuidadosamente la dirección del hotel, ya que está en el 20o piso. El hotel está muy bien, me ayudó cuando dejé mi teléfono en el taxi, me ayudó a contactar con la policía y a usar sus teléfonos muchas veces, y también son muy cuidadosos y útiles.

Ubicación: En un callejón pequeño, pero es fácil de encontrar si le preguntas al dueño. Cerca: Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y de la playa (solo hay que cruzar un paso elevado para llegar a la playa). La calle de aperitivos Zengcuo'an está a pocos pasos. Habitación: Ver la foto. Es bastante buena, con instalaciones completas y una cama grande. Las tres últimas fotos son de la playa cercana, que es realmente hermosa. (¡El dueño es muy considerado! Nos explicó los lugares de interés de los alrededores con mucha claridad y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas).

Reservamos el apartamento de 4 habitaciones. Si vienes por las vistas, no te decepcionarás. Por lo demás, el lugar es como un hostal: todo el edificio se usa para alquilar habitaciones, y las cafeterías y el spa están en el mismo edificio. Estábamos en la planta 53 y hay una cafetería a pocos apartamentos. Parece que pueden gestionar cualquier tipo de negocio a su antojo. La mayoría son jóvenes y el lugar está muy concurrido, supongo que es porque está al lado de la universidad. Te hacen registrarte para el check-in en una aplicación, pero la puerta y el sistema de acceso al ascensor están rotos. Veníamos del aparcamiento B1 y podemos subir en ascensor directamente a la habitación sin ningún control de seguridad. Me preocupaba la seguridad, pero parece que hay cámaras por todas partes. El apartamento fue decepcionante, ya que estaba viejo y deteriorado. La mesa de mahjong estaba rota, el sofá no es cómodo, la ducha tiene moho y si usas la ducha de lluvia, se inundará porque el desagüe no es eficiente. La cocina estaba equipada con horno, lavadora y campana extractora Miele, pero parece que no permiten usarla, ya que guardan sábanas y otros utensilios en todos los cajones y el horno. No hay utensilios de ningún tipo. Eso sí, usamos la nevera grande. Debo decir que la dueña/ama de llaves y el personal de limpieza son muy atentos a todas las peticiones. Mi aire acondicionado estaba roto y enviaron a alguien a arreglarlo a las 22:00, pero solo pudieron arreglarlo al día siguiente. Por suerte, tengo la habitación libre para dormir la primera noche. (El aire acondicionado también es ruidoso en la habitación pequeña, así que tuve que usar tapones para los oídos). La vista desde el apartamento es magnífica, y punto.

¡La experiencia hotelera en la que me alojé durante este viaje fue perfecta! Tan pronto como entres en la habitación, el espacioso espacio llamará tu atención. No hay ninguna sensación de agobio y uno puede moverse con mucha comodidad. La habitación está decorada de forma cálida y elegante, y cada detalle muestra calidad.

Excellent Stay with Great Service and Location This hotel is in a prime location, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and one of the staff members, Jason, who welcomed us, was especially warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the sea view was absolutely lovely. Considering the quality of the service, cleanliness, and location, it was definitely worth the value. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and will definitely come back if I visit Xiamen in the future.
