«The hotel is very good and located within the Twin Towers area. The sea view is excellent, and it has all the amenities. My room had a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and cozy cushions near the window to enjoy the sea view. There is also a projector available for watching movies.
The initial service was good, although later there were slight delays in responding. Check-in requires a face scan, while check-out is simple — you just need to send a message to your butler. It is better to book earlier to get a good deal.»

«Recepcionistas amables, atentos y serviciales. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de autobuses, las terminales de ferry y la calle Zhongshan. Después de ver lo hermosas que son (difíciles de capturar en fotos), me arrepentí de no haber reservado una habitación con vista al mar completa. 😅
Los recepcionistas fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, ¡un gran aplauso! El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica, cerca de la estación de autobuses, las terminales de ferry y la calle Zhongshan. IIain13This is a duplicate of my review for dates from 6 to 8 June 2026, as I extended my stay for one night.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again.
The location is excellent. It's right next to the metro, directly across the road from China City Mall, and within easy walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the waterfront and the ferry wharf. It made exploring Xiamen incredibly easy.
The staff were consistently helpful and efficient. They obtained information about the Xiamen-Kinmen ferry, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast restaurant staff deserve special mention as they were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to see their guests each morning.
The room itself was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and while I didn't use the bath, the shower was very good. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, gym and lounge area, all of which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, both Asian and Western, and a pleasant atmosphere.
I only intended to stay a short time, but enjoyed both the hotel and Xiamen enough that I extended my stay by an extra night. From my room I had good views, including Zheng Chenggong's statue on Gulangyu Island and Xiamen's Twin Towers in the distance.
This hotel certainly helped make my stay in Xiamen an enjoyable one. I left with very positive memories and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is an icon ”the Twin Towers” and is conveniently located in Siming, a stone's throw away from Shapowei, a cozy neighborhood filled with nice little shops and plenty of good coffee vendors. Although the hotel is a bit dated but the room still has its grandeur and spaciousness.
The check-in counters are on 38/F and the staff are nice and courteous. Our check-in staff, Dora is definitely an exemplary of the high quality service I'd expect of a 5 star hotel. She was extremely professional and follows through with us to make sure we had a nice stay. She definitely made our stay very warm and memorable.
We had a dinner at their ”Michelin” Western restaurant Coast, but the experience was not good. There were 3 tables at best, but the staff if any, were too busy looking at their phones. We had to wave many times for them to notice us. We ordered the fish, steak, and another seafood dish. The steak was overcooked and chewy, not what I'd expect from a ”Michelin” restaurant. The fish was barely luke-warm, and the other seafood dish was bland and uneventful. With the high price tag for the dishes, I would not say it's worth it in terms of taste nor in service.
The breakfast buffet however was good in terms of variety of selection, as well as in the quality of their waiters. There is also a Lawson convenient store on the G/F of the hotel, and a small shopping mall next door.
Their indoor swimming pool is nice and the view is excellent. Just remember to bring your cap as all swimmers require a swimming cap!
We had a lovely stay at Conrad Xiamen and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay.

TtuwongThis is second return to the same hotel , we booked seven rooms with young and elder, very much appreciated the hotel provided free upgrade this round from inner view room to city view, most importantly all the room are arranged within the same floor and room, which provide highly convenience for our communication , we all very satisfied the hotel arrangement with highly care. Counter service is friendly and polite , security guard also caring . Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is good with high variety for our group. The hotel location also perfect nearby the bustling zhongshanlu street and eighth seafood market. Overall value high for this hotel, and I will not hesitate to come back for this hotel in my next trip to Xiamen .

UUsuario invitadoHotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

Pero eso no significa que sea malo, ¡es solo mi opinión personal! Quizás debido a su gran tamaño, no hay muchas comodidades, lo que hace que parezca menos detallado. Las habitaciones son enormes; ¡parece que cuatro personas podrían dormir cómodamente en una cama doble! Nada mal, ¿verdad? ¡El precio es bastante razonable para un hotel entre semana!

UUsuario invitadoI was looking for non smoking hotel and found Wyndham Grand Haicang as it was close to my friend's house. It turned out to be a great stay for our family when we were in Xiamen. I booked 2 family suites for 5 days due to the size of the room to accommodate the number of people we have. The service was top notch. I informed the hotel reception that we are vegetarians and we were well looked after by Helen every morning when we went for breakfast. I'd also like to mention that the cleaners are also very proactive in providing what we need. On the second day of our arrival, we found a cloth airer and extra hangers on the balcony. Our water has also been top up from 4 to 8 bottles. She also left a note mentioning that if we need anything else, do inform her by leaving a note. At the lobby, Andy Yang is always there to give suggestions on where to go and even show us the way to take ferry to Gulangyu island. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk away. All of these little good gestures has made our family of 9 a very pleasant stay in Xiamen. Overall, all their staffs are very friendly, smiley and approachable. The view from our rooms is great! Thank you so much to Wyndham Grand Haicang for their excellent service and for being a non smoking hotel.
