Celebramos nuestro primer aniversario de bodas y el quinto cumpleaños de mi hijo en el Hotel Belmont Mactan, y la experiencia fue realmente inolvidable. Desde la entrada hasta nuestra habitación, todo olía a limpio y lujoso. La habitación estaba impecable y el ambiente nos hizo sentir como auténticos VIP durante toda nuestra estancia. El personal fue increíblemente atento cuando solicité un hervidor de agua caliente y lo prepararon enseguida. También apreciamos el fácil acceso a la playa de Newtown Mactan. Incluso cuando olvidamos nuestro pase para la playa, la recepción siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos, y el personal del gimnasio fue muy amable. No son estrictos, y quizás por eso a muchos huéspedes les encanta alojarse aquí, porque el servicio es realmente excepcional. Lo más mágico fue presenciar los fuegos artificiales la noche de nuestro aniversario. Hizo que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial e inolvidable. ¡Sin duda, planeamos volver! ¡Muy recomendable!

La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y lo suficientemente espaciosa. Había un mini armario, una pequeña mesa de café y un sillón. Teníamos un Smart TV en nuestra habitación y pudimos acceder a mi cuenta personal de Netflix a través de él. Había un mini refrigerador personal, un hervidor eléctrico, tazas, vasos, cucharaditas, platillos, una pequeña caja fuerte, albornoces, zapatillas de hotel, artículos de tocador básicos y también paquetes de café, crema y azúcar dentro de la habitación. El desayuno era delicioso y la ubicación del hotel en sí era excelente. Tenían un servicio de transporte a la playa y alrededor de 4 o 5 lugares para comer. Me entristece que la hora de check-in fuera a las 3:00 p.m. y la hora de salida fuera a las 11 a.m. Me hubiera gustado quedarme un poco más allí.

Fueron unas vacaciones fantásticas. Kevin, el recepcionista, fue increíble desde la llegada hasta la salida. Fue muy amable y eficiente. Me dieron una bienvenida muy agradable. Todo el personal del restaurante fue genial. Desayuno, aperitivos en la playa y cena. Son amables y ofrecen el mejor servicio. Los guardias de seguridad de la playa y el personal de seguridad (Julio, si no recuerdo mal) fueron muy amables y atendieron muy bien las solicitudes de los viajeros individuales. Gracias por el conductor de mi transporte de salida. Todo el personal, con su ajetreada agenda, siempre está con una sonrisa en la cara. ¡Disfruté de las mejores vacaciones bajo el sol y la hermosa playa en South Palm Resort! Sin duda volveré pronto.

Soy un huésped reciente de su hotel y me gustaría brindarle algunos comentarios sobre mi estadía. Si bien estaba satisfecho con algunos aspectos del hotel (el restaurante chino y la piscina estaban bien), había algunas áreas que necesitaban mejoras para brindar un mejor servicio a futuros huéspedes. 1. Problemas con la calidad del agua: encontré algunos problemas con el suministro de agua del hotel. El agua del inodoro tiene un olor peculiar cuando se usa por primera vez y se necesitan unos 5 minutos para drenarla antes de que se vuelva más clara. Además, el agua de todo el hotel tenía un olor salado, lo que me hizo preguntarme si el sistema de filtración no estaba funcionando correctamente. La buena calidad del agua es vital para la salud y el confort de los huéspedes, y esperamos que los hoteles presten atención a esta cuestión. 🙂 2. Limpieza: No estaba contento con la limpieza del baño. Había manchas blancas obvias en los grifos y en la ducha, lo que no solo afectó mi experiencia al usarlo, sino que también me hizo cuestionar los estándares de higiene del hotel. 3. Problema de plagas: Durante mi estadía, aparecieron grandes hormigas negras en la habitación e incluso encontraron hormigas en mi cama y almohadas. Esto afectó seriamente la calidad de mi sueño y me hizo preocuparme por la limpieza del hotel. 4. Aislamiento acústico: El aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy deficiente. Podía escuchar claramente los aviones despegando, las conversaciones junto a la piscina, los gritos en la habitación de al lado y la gente abriendo y cerrando puertas ruidosamente en el pasillo. Entiendo que inevitablemente se encontrarán problemas en las operaciones del hotel, pero creo que al resolverlos activamente, su hotel puede brindar una mejor experiencia de alojamiento. Espero que mis comentarios puedan ayudar a mejorar el hotel.

Great for a weekend gateway Beach looks very nice. Beach restaurant, bar and view are great, however we visited it during Halloween evening and instead of chilling vibe there was loud sound of horror movies that no one watched in that moment. Unfortunately we left due to this. Pizza restaurant is super nice with a la carte menu, team’s congratulations for guests bdays are fun. Pizza, pasta, zucchini with feta are in the top. The only recommendation is to have a faster service, many dishes after oven waited for waiters. Overall we enjoyed our stay even time was very limited

La habitación estaba bien, bastante pequeña pero cómoda. La cama era realmente cómoda. El personal fue muy servicial, necesitaba algunos medicamentos y felizmente me ayudaron a comprarlos cuando no podía salir de mi habitación. La ubicación también está bastante bien, sinceramente, es buena para una estancia de una noche si necesitas llegar al aeropuerto, también ofrecen un servicio de transporte gratuito.

Apreciamos nuestra estadía de casi una semana en Turtle Cottage, un refugio perfectamente diseñado tanto para la relajación como para el deleite familiar. La playa de enfrente ofrecía un parque natural para los niños, complementado por la refrescante piscina al lado de nuestra cabaña. El club infantil, adornado con un personal amable, añadió una capa extra de alegría. Las experiencias gastronómicas en los restaurantes fueron encantadoras, ofrecieron comida deliciosa y un ambiente cálido. Nuestra aventura a la isla Apo fue lo más destacado, permitiéndonos la increíble experiencia de nadar con tortugas. Los guías locales realmente ayudaron a que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El arrecife de la casa, un paraíso para los buceadores, presentaba magníficos acantilados y una cautivadora caída de arrecife donde nos encontramos con tortugas varias veces. Optar por el tuktuk con conductor mejoró nuestra exploración, brindándonos acceso a varias joyas de la isla. Si bien puede ser un poco más caro, la tranquilidad de las carreteras menos transitadas hizo que valiera la pena la elección. Para aquellos que buscan una opción económica, recorrer las tranquilas carreteras en scooter también es una alternativa viable y pintoresca.

Really awesome and accommodating service. The resort is one of the best I've experienced in this part of asia, in terms of the food, room quality, all the hardware and service as well. Aloher was super friendly and very helpful, the front office staff were all kind and warm too. Breakfast was excellent, but might need greater variety in the fruit section. Location was slightly off the beaten track but the private beach as a result was perfect.

We arrived around 7pm and the security personel just pointed where we can enter using a ramp since i'm with a child and an elderly, but they didn't even helped us with the luggages. Front desk staff were fine. But after the check-in processes, they will just give you the key card and no one will assist you going to your room or showing were the room is. I also read a review for this hotel that they were held at the lobby for check-out for almost an hour because there was a stain on the linen which they claimed that they were not at fault. And they were asked to pay a fine. So what i did was i video recorded the whole room upon entering so if ever they will find any problem during our check out i will have a proof. And the problem i saw was there were stains on the beddings/linens, there's a damage on the table top, the television is fine but there's a yellow discoloration on the screen. Looks like an LCD problem. The lavatory's faucet is a little bit loose so we're really careful when were using it. Food for breakfast were fine. And before leaving the room i took a video recording again of the whole room.

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us! The pool , beach breakfast:) it was amazing! Thank you Dusit thani;) it was a delightful experienced indeed.
