Para una habitación doble sin ventanas, hay en realidad dos puertas: • Primer, la puerta principal a la unidad (que tiene tres habitaciones dentro) • Entonces la segunda puerta es la puerta a su habitación real (Sala 1/2/3) La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y completa con las instalaciones. 👍🏻👏🏻 Gracias, Promenade Service Apartment definitivamente repetirá mi estancia aquí la próxima vez! ☺️💖 P/S: Lo siento, no tomé ninguna foto durante mi estancia (es sólo una actualización para mi madre 🙏🏻)

Our small family decided to have a staycation in few hotel/resort and by far Sutera has won our heart. This place is amazing and i suggest anybody who wants to experience this place to stay more than 1Night. The room is still in its Vintage style , tv only has those old channel , there's one bathtub in the room which we loved specially my son,for the breakfast i do believe they can add more choices as they are more korean dishes focused, it'll be nice to have local kuih (hinompuka/pais pisang) other than kuih pisang only.. But other than that, you actually get free 1hour of bike rental on ur stay which we only know when we ask around, it was located right in front of the kids pool , other than that they do have a small train going around from Magellan to Pacific sutera and its FOC!!! I loved the staff energy the entire time, he asked our son to be in his seat as a driver and even let my son press few button and act like he's driving the train!! god bless your fun soul sir!! keep up the good work!! we will definitely be back again soon🥰❣️

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Está a 6 kilómetros de la ciudad de Semporna y cuesta unos 20 yuanes tomar un taxi. El personal de recepción del hotel no habla inglés. Hay algunos hombres afuera que hablan chino. El menú está en chino. y exuberantes plantas verdes. Puedes experimentarlo quedándote una o dos noches. Mira, no hay otras tiendas alrededor. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y calentadores de agua. y otros insectos. Puedes ver luciérnagas por la noche.

Everything was fine. Service, location. Easy access. Free parking. Beautiful sight of room. Except I do feel the size of beds seem smaller than other hotel. Location is nice. Easy to walk around other places. Near KK plaza & walking distance to waterfront & centrepoint sabah. But do smell market at the parking lot. Swimming pool cgood. Got both for adult and kids. I do wish more table & seats provided outside of changing room. Breakfast was worth it. For kids & adults. I would suggest if you could add hot chocolate for drinks as well. Personally I would like to stay at this hotel next time.

The hotel is situated on a hill at the edge of KK city, offering a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery that creates a relaxing, nature connected atmosphere. I had a pleasant stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also features a gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool were not available for use during my stay. Breakfast was average, but the selection was sufficient to start the day. Overall, I had a good experience. However, the only downside was the poor soundproofing as the noise from the adjacent room through the connecting door was quite noticeable.

La habitación es realmente grande, es el último hotel de alta gama en Kota Kinabalu. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en diagonal frente al muelle de Jesston. Es muy conveniente para ir de isla en isla. También es el mismo muelle para participar en Adventure's Paradise Island. Justo enfrente del hotel se encuentra el centro comercial Shuguang, que tiene Bawang Chaji, por lo que es muy conveniente comprar algo y tomar una comida ligera. Hay muchos restaurantes de celebridades de Internet cerca, y básicamente puedes llegar a todos ellos en diez minutos a pie: Xinji, Old Street Coffee, Good Coffee, WOO, Gaya Coco, hay demasiados y muchos de los carteles son tan. pequeño que pasé junto a ellos accidentalmente. Lo malo es que la suite con vistas al mar que reservamos tiene una habitación en cada piso del 12 al 21, pero no en los pisos 13 y 14, por lo que en realidad solo hay 8 habitaciones. los tejados del amanecer. La piscina de la azotea no es grande, sólo 1,2 metros, y los niños sólo pueden utilizar aros salvavidas. Otro punto es que no hay muchos coreanos en este restaurante, pero sí muchos chinos, y el ambiente es agradable.

My recent stay at The Klagan Hotel was truly exceptional, the location right in the town centre made everything so convenient, the staff were warm and attentive, and the service felt genuinely thoughtful throughout; the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety, and the room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with amenities that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was great value for money and left me with such a positive impression that I’m already looking forward to revisiting again.

Near to a mall. Easy to check in and check out. Comfortable and good quality bed and pillows. Very helpful customer service. Strategic location, near to mall, eateries and shops. Compact space with large bathrooms. No designated parking space. Public parking depends on luck. Parking might cost you. Overall is a good experience, comfortable stay and hassle free.
