«I booked this hotel for around USD 68.06 per night without breakfast. When making the reservation, I requested a high-floor room away from the lift with a nice view. Unfortunately, I was assigned Room 218, which was close to the lift and located on the left side of the hotel, so my room preferences were not accommodated. That said, the service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me, helped with my luggage, escorted me to the reception for check-in, and carried my bags all the way to my room, placing them neatly on the luggage rack before quietly leaving. I personally appreciate this style of service, where staff don't spend time explaining every feature of the room unless requested. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was neatly made. The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and the bathroom had strong water pressure, which I really enjoyed. There was no iron in the room, but after I called the front desk, one was delivered promptly. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. The only thing I regret is that, despite staying at this hotel several times, I've never had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym. Hopefully next time! Overall, I would happily stay here again thanks to the excellent service, comfortable room, and great hospitality.»
