Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes. Areas for improvements: poor insulation for the family loft suite in Tower A and the quality of buffet breakfast at the Semeja restaurant.

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

A very hidden gem in Bogor. Would be nicer if the place has better maintenance, there are several ”unused” places like billiard area, the billiard is very old and it could be a good co-living space. Wish the upper restaurant area reconstructed to a cafe cause it has a lot of seating area with electrical sockets. Last one, the workers there are too few so there were lots of misunderstandings and the service was too slow (room service). Overall, still a hidden gem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

El hotel y el servicio son excelentes desde el personal a lo largo de todas las tareas. Como turista, tengo que afrontar las diferencias de idioma y sistema, el Sr. Kukup y una joven personal de contrapartida Sra. Nuansa (sorry si tengo el nombre equivocado) se han ido fuera de sus maneras de ayudar. Aprecio esto y todos ellos han dado calidez y hospitalidad a Bandung. Siempre un gran Estate – ¡Más aún mejor esta vez! Esta es mi cuarta estancia en el Aston Sentul Hotel, y me alegra decir que sigue mejor. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. La mejoría para mí fue el desayuno. En comparación con mis estancias anteriores, la variedad ha aumentado considerablemente, y todo fue delicioso. Es evidente que han hecho mucho esfuerzo para hacer que 9 sea una mejor experiencia. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. En general, estoy realmente impresionado por las mejoras y la calidad coherente.
