This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

The parking is too far drom the lobby but it still okay, the staff are friendly

The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

The hotel gives you a homie and greener feeling because its design and looks are very homie. Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice. The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day. overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city
