Esta fue la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia siempre fue increíble. Realmente nos gustó la habitación que reservamos esta vez y el ambiente, la vista y la experiencia fueron buenos. Lamentablemente, los platos durante el desayuno fueron bastante sosos y la variedad fue muy limitada, pero realmente nos gustaron las reubicaciones en los pisos superiores, tuvimos muy buenas vistas e hicieron que todo el desayuno fuera bastante agradable. De todos modos, siempre recomendaremos este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente en el futuro, 😁

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Very well located in the centre of the city with Jl. Tunjungan just outside of the hotel. The soundproofing is very good that we barely hear any noise from a construction site just beside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of food choices and tasty though. Highly recommended.

Hotel look ok but some wallpaper in the room already old and broken, should repair soon, ac ok cold enough, some instruction for shower not so clear, breakfast standart, parking basement

Nyaman. Bisa ke sana lagi bersama keluarga pasangan Model nya d sini itu kaya resort. Tempat rekreasi dan penginapan berkelas. Ada Waterpark, kolamrenang, restaurant dll. Semuanya lengkat. Tempat nya juga asri Untuk penghuni hotel dapat free kolam renang

Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

Kamarnya cukup untuk couple / small family. Tapi untuk kebersihannya sangat kurang sampai anak saya terkena alergi , kulit saya dan kulit suami jd gatal gatal. Membuat kami tidak bisa tidur. Terutama anak kasihan sekali krena sampai ruam di muka. Kasur ga pernah d vakum sepertinya kamar mandi juga kurang d bersihkan masih banyak debu berterbaran di pintu kamar mandi , stop kontak juga tdk bisa buat chas di sisi sebelah kiri

The room and all facilities are clean, Every morning I enjoyed swimming in clean wide pool. They also served many varieties testy food for breakfast. Anyway I had good experience and enjoyed staying in this hotel for two nights
