El hotel ha sido un hotel con una vista directa al castillo de Neuschwanstein.  La Recepción Lady es muy amable y útil.  No obstante, las instalaciones son muy pobres, salvo la jabón de baño líquido (no hay champú, no hay crema corporal, no hay capas de ducha, etc.). Nos han dado bonos de bebidas de bienvenida, pero sólo se puede pagar entre 18:00 - 20:00, no hay bebidas blandas, no hay café, no hay cerveza!

I had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from Neuschwanstein Castle and right by the beautiful Alpsee. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, with thoughtful design and great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—plentiful, high-quality, and with a great variety to suit every taste. It really exceeded my expectations. Overall, I would strongly recommend Ameron Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re here for the sights or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this place is a perfect choice

El hotel está justo en el centro de Rothenburg ob der Tauber. La casa parece un castillo con pinturas en las paredes. Cenamos de maravilla en el restaurante. Nos alojamos en la habitación superior con balcón y las vistas eran impresionantes. Rothenburg es una ciudad muy romántica. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff. The only criticisms would be that the beds are rock hard and you only get one pillow each which is really soft so it’s difficult to get comfortable. The view from our room was amazing though and as we only stayed one night the bed didn’t bother us too much. Can’t fault the staff at all, good breakfast, great service, and they’re super friendly. Also tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be useful

El hotel nos ha gustado muy bien, la habitación era bastante grande y el personal muy amable. El viaje con el coche es algo complejo, pero también factible. Nos encanta volver.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in diesem Hotel. Unfassbar freundliches, teils sehr junges, Personal, sehr gute Qualität der Speisen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Traumlage. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise Zeit verloren, da wir erst um 16 Uhr in das Zimmer konnten, das ist ein No-Go. Ich würde empfehlen, in den Bädern ”Soft Close”-Toilettendeckel zu installieren. Mindert den Lärm im Zimmer. Leider hört man auch deutlich den Fahrstuhl, selbst in weiter entfernten Zimmern. Trotz der wenigen negativen Punkten gibt es volle Punktzahl bei der Gesamtbewertung

Ubicación ❤️: ¡Sin duda, la ubicación es excelente! Justo al lado hay un pequeño supermercado, muy conveniente para comprar agua y artículos de primera necesidad. Se puede ir andando a la Plaza de España en 20 minutos, y en el camino hay muchas cafeterías y cadenas de restaurantes. Actitud del servicio 👌: ¡El servicio es muy bueno! Todos son muy amables y entusiastas. Llegamos con un vuelo temprano y el personal de recepción nos atendió pacientemente, nos ayudó con el equipaje y luego comenzó sus tareas en la barra. Instalaciones malas ❌: No hay cepillo de dientes ni zapatillas, aunque esto es muy común en Europa y hay que traerlos. Pero… ¡no entiendo que el aire acondicionado no funcione bien con temperaturas de -3 grados! Parece que el aire acondicionado estaba averiado, la temperatura de la habitación solo era de 14 grados toda la noche, y con una manta fina, ¡estaba tiritando de frío!

Staying here felt like a castle experience—very special and memorable. The breakfast was excellent, featuring locally sourced food such as fresh bread and honey, which we really enjoyed.However, check‑in and check‑out were slow, as there was only one staff member on duty. At check‑in, the staff was handling a phone enquiry and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes.The hotel is close to the old town, but access requires using stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility or accessibility needs. In addition, the parking space is quite small and may not be suitable for larger cars.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location near the train station made it extremely convenient for travel. Additionally, it's very walkable to the city center, which allowed me to explore easily. The room was spacious, with a chic and cozy vibe. I loved the attention to detail in the decor and the added bonus of having a Marshall speaker to use. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibes and ambiance of the hotel. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to others.

Sehr sauberes, überaltertes Hotel. Mein Zimmer, ältere Möbel, sehr hohe Badewanne zum Duschen. Jalosien sind zum hochschieben, doch viele Fenster sind auf das Zimmer gerichtet Nur einen einfachen Zimmerschlüssel, also leicht zum öffnen, Wertsachen immer mitnehmen. Fernsehprogrammem 1. und Wdr Ndr und alles in 2m höhe angebracht. (das Genick lässt grüssen) Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock mit Fahrstuhl, doch bis zum Zimmer sind es über 60 Stufen, ein Raufundrunter (für ältere Menschen fasst unzumutbar) Der Fahrstuhl ist ein Witz! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung auch das Personal sehr freundlich.
