The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

Location is good, near to most of the tourist attractions. Only bad side for me is that their bath towels stink of cigarettes smell, and the walls are pretty thin. First 3 nights into my stay was good, the last 2 days was terrible as a family checked in beside my room, made so much noise and the thin walls could not block those sounds. Anyone who is a light sleeper please do not come here.

The hardware is good but the service staff is generally terrible. Try to do the minimal and try to ignore you if they can. The rooms are too warm to sleep in although the outside temperature is zero. Keep blaming the customer for booking a windowless to room when the real problem is the inability of the hotel to control the temperature for individual room. There are also a hose off other issues which I won't waste time to elaborate here

Great hotel! I liked everything very much. Good location! next to the center. Shopping centers 10 minutes walk. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, 2 types of cool pillows, soft blanket. A great place to relax after an active day. Lovely girls work at the reception, who will always help you in everything and treat you to coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for booking! I really want to come back here again!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

Esta vez fue a Changchun por primera vez, cuando vimos el estilo de diseño interior de Liceu Yasukuni cuando buscamos un alojamiento, y se reservaba muy cerca de la estación de metro. Como llegamos a Changchun por la mañana, llegué al hotel para almacenar sus maletas. La recepción dijo que había espacios libres para permanecer en el hotel antes de que nos apaguen y nos dejamos jugar después de que nos apaguen. Homm Changchun Beihu is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in — with first-class service and truly world-class hospitality. A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained. For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.
