Очень хороший отель! За не очень большую сумму ты получаешь чистый и красивый семейный номер! На ресепшене пахнет вкусно, цветы настоящие лилии и розы( прекрасный аромат). На входе красивая терраса со стульчиками. Также здесь живут прекрасные пушистые котики😻 Завтраки единственное не очень понравились, но мы нашли чем перекусить( яица, тосты с джемом и кофе) обычно мы такое едим по утрам. Так же имеется тренажёрный зал. Отель заслуживает высокую оценку современный новый ремонт и прекрасный аромат! Вернёмся сюда обязательно 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el pie puede llegar a la pared roja, el mercado del agua, la colección de comidas cercana, el viaje es muy conveniente. La habitación es limpia y limpia, los productos de cama son blandos y cómodos, el baño es seco y se separa de diseño práctico, la calidad de los productos de lavandería en línea. Los casos de lavabo son muy finos y desechables que no protegen mucho de posibles olores de lavabo. Pero las hojas parecían grises y lavadas. Hay un congelador profundo y una máquina de lavar pero sin nevera.

El hotel está muy bien, pero el personal de servicio es generalmente terrible. Intenta hacer lo mínimo y tratar de ignorarlo si pueden. Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. Location is good, near to most of the tourist attractions. Only bad side for me is that their bath towels stink of cigarettes smell, and the walls are pretty thin. First 3 nights into my stay was good, the last 2 days was terrible as a family checked in beside my room, made so much noise and the thin walls could not block those sounds. Anyone who is a light sleeper please do not come here.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. A lady called Martina from the hotel went above and beyond to help us in any and all situations, and she was always double checking with me if all was okay before she clocked out for the evening. The hotel itself was fantastic with all the treatments etc and we also did the traditional costume and make up experience at the hotel. This was an amazing opportunity, and I would definitely recommend doing if you have the chance

Nice hotel and great location beside The Hill mall. Also a few malls opposite the road. Bustling at night and convenient. Polite staff and nice service. Bathroom and separate toilet was nice and clean.

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.
