The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

La vista desde el piso 22 fue increíble. Ayudamos a lavar las ventanas. Las escaleras y el segundo piso se sentían fuertes y hay dos baños, uno arriba y uno abajo! La ubicación es un poco fuerte con construcción alrededor y el metro es bastante un viaje. Las bañeras de arriba disparan agua cuando las bañeras y las duchas están en una posición complicada, por lo que tomen la cabeza de ducha para usar, o habrá inundaciones. Los casos de lavabo son muy finos y desechables que no protegen mucho de posibles olores de lavabo. Pero las hojas parecían grises y lavadas. Hay un congelador profundo y una máquina de lavar pero sin nevera.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

La mañana se levanta y se abre la ventana. Cuando el sol entra, la habitación estaba brillando con una luz cálida. No hay necesidad de una espesor de fotografía, y la fotografía era una gran historia de fabulosas. El servicio también es muy intimidad, los detalles se controlan y se apasionan, y ya comenzó a extrañar la bonita época en el ”Palacio del Mar” ～

Personally love it generally as solo traveller. For breakfast choice with wide selection. Just need to go super early for avoid crowds. Surrounding is definitely quiet and suitable for who ever prefer. As people had share this place definitely stay with their own style. I also surprise for upgrade room is definitely a plus for me. I just regret short of time to stay in room as too many things for me to do like skiing. I would recommend those family with younger kids.

Location is good, near to most of the tourist attractions. Only bad side for me is that their bath towels stink of cigarettes smell, and the walls are pretty thin. First 3 nights into my stay was good, the last 2 days was terrible as a family checked in beside my room, made so much noise and the thin walls could not block those sounds. Anyone who is a light sleeper please do not come here.

Renovated and newer and clean and simple. The room was roomy and well equipped. The smell of the smoking from the next door was bothered me the most but the issue is not the hotel it’s lack of no indoor smoking policy in the country. Overall I will stay here again.
