The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

酒店人員服務態度非常好，辦好入住一直給送到房間，早上去吃早餐，路上遇到服務人員一直帶路到餐廳門口。晚上去泡温泉同樣給送到温泉門口。房間整潔乾淨舒適衞生。酒店環境非常好，路對面就是美人松廣場，對於未婚男士來説抱一抱美人松説不上就會給你帶來一場造化抱得美人歸。距離長白山遊客集散中心也很近，開車不到10分鐘，酒店停車場很大且免費。 室外露天温泉體驗也超棒。

Good budget hotel in Wanda Changbaishan. The rooms are a little bit old and could use a renovation. But in general the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is well located at the station of the chairlift. The other amenities like hotspring, supermarket, waterpark and town center are about 2km far away. The breakfast offers a good choice and is delicious.  The set including hotel, skiing, hot spring and water park is very recommendable.

Recommended! The staff were very helpful even few weeks before our check in date. Managed to communicate with the staff via we chat. They helped to arrange for our activities there together with the transportation. They suggested activities to be done and update us from time to time. Communication was easy. Rooms were clean. As we came at the end of season, feels like a private place for us, less crowd. Ski and hot spring package was a bonus. Glad that Jack made us more comfortable!,kudos to jack

El hotel está cerca de la puerta de la antigua montaña del área de paisaje occidental de Changbai, al centro turístico del área de paisaje occidental es muy conveniente, a pie cinco minutos, puede llegar. El servicio de recepción es intimidad, contacto con antelación, recordar a los huéspedes la atención que les interesa, la experiencia global es buena. Pero todavía hay problemas que necesitan mejoras adicionales: 1. cambiar la tormenta para que su salida sea más fluida y mantenga la temperatura estable; 2. cambiar la nueva tormenta más eficiente, que actualmente es ineficiente y afecta a la experiencia de evacuación; 3. My fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement. We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful. The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes. The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times. The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture. We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

El hotel cuenta con un cómodo estacionamiento y una casa grande. Nuestro equipo de formación de equipos vino de Beijing. El equipo vivía en una villa que era muy animada y jugaba mahjong. Las aguas termales de la montaña Changbai que vienen con su estadía son geniales. Debe experimentar el hielo y el fuego de las aguas termales de la montaña Changbai en invierno.
