My family and I stayed for 1 night in a private Hot Spring room. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The amenities, service and breakfast are all excellent. We will be back again.

What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all. In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done. I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed. Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.
