UUsuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

UUsuario invitadoWe really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in Yabuli. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
The owner was especially helpful — since I don’t speak Chinese, his support meant a lot to us. He helped us communicate and arrange everything related to skiing, which made our trip much easier and more relaxed.
I stayed here with two teenagers, and we all felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location worked well for the ski resort, and overall the experience was very positive.
We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—The boss and every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. They responded quickly to requests and always did it with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed.
The boss helped us to arrange transport service from Harbin and day tour too.
The scenery around the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to stunning views of snowy landscapes and peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of my trip. Whether day or night, the atmosphere felt calm, refreshing, and almost magical.
The combination of excellent service and beautiful scenery made my stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend Snowtown Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❄️🏔️

YYQGuanIt is a super memorable experience for my family staying in the Yabuli Forest Resort Hotel. I’d highly recommend this hotel for those who plan to visit Yabuli for their excellency of services, including:
1) thoughtful transport from and to the train station;
2) high-quality infrastructure and services;
3) yummy meals;
4) convenience for dining and entertainment around;
5) professionalism by all the staff.
Particularly, I’d say a big THANK YOU to Ms Peng Li who rendered proficient and considerate services to my family.

VVanessa WeeExcelente ubicación en el corazón de Harbin, a menos de 2 minutos a pie de la calle Central, con la Iglesia de Sofía a unos 10-15 minutos más. La habitación era muy espaciosa, bien climatizada y ventilada, y con un baño enorme con albornoces forrados de piel. Tenía un espacio adecuado para abrir el equipaje, un sofá en la habitación, té de la tarde de cortesía, cena de cortesía e incluso un pequeño obsequio al marcharnos. El personal del hotel fue amable y servicial, incluso nos ayudó a subir el equipaje al coche después de hacer el check out. En general, un hotel estupendo y limpio; me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Está muy cerca de Central Street, así como de la estación de metro y la parada del autobús al aeropuerto. Sin duda, lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

MM2a2d7knk****身為東北人，也頭一次到雪鄉，住的酒店環境真的是很不錯，床上用品很乾凈也很舒服，一點也不硬，比想象中的柔軟。酒店老闆很貼心，贈送了小零食，還有小時候吃的凍梨，起床就看到窗外的雪景，很美。退房的時候還為我們免費送行禮，天氣很冷，貼心的服務讓我們心裏熱乎乎的，真心推薦，值得體驗。
