I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hall está situado en el corazón del Yabuli Ski Resort rodeado de bosques de coníferas densas. El momento en que empuje a abrir la puerta de madera pesada del hotel, se encuentra en un contraste dramático: fuera, las temperaturas pueden disminuir a menos 20 grados Celsius, mientras que dentro, el espacio está caliente y lleno de los tonos suaves, confortantes de madera. Este contraste agudo crea un profundo sentido de “seguridad” que muchos viajeros encuentran especialmente tranquilizantes en destinos extremos de invierno. Las habitaciones son relativamente espaciosas. Aunque algunos de los muebles muestran signos de edad, se mantienen bien y añaden un cierto sentido de carácter en lugar de deducir de la experiencia. El personal es amable y bienvenido, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y facilitar información cuando sea necesario. The hotel is just prefer location near to the main entrance just abt 10mins walk especially snowing, 3-5mins to Dream home and Er Ren Zhuan show and the Xueyun street. The hotel not too big but very innovative decoration and cosy, with small cafeteria and restaurant is under renovation when we stayed there in end Nov. The lady boss and staff were very friendly and thoughtful. Only thing that the hotel entrance and hotel name is too small and you may miss it. 👍👍👍

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. ¡La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Ubicado en una calle céntrica, pudimos ir caminando a muchas atracciones turísticas. Como la cama individual no medía exactamente 120 cm, como se anunciaba, el hotel nos ofreció una habitación de categoría superior con desayuno gratuito por una pequeña suma, algo que agradecemos enormemente. El personal fue realmente hospitalario, y un agradecimiento especial a la Sra. 王金爽, quien nos atendió de maravilla. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son excelentes, con lavandería y gimnasio gratuitos, y aparcamiento propio. Limpieza: La habitación estaba limpia e higiénica, sin olores desagradables. Ambiente: El ambiente es elegante y acogedor, y hay tiendas cerca. Servicio: El servicio es amable, atento y eficiente. Está muy cerca de Central Street, así como de la estación de metro y la parada del autobús al aeropuerto. Sin duda, lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

Hosts were friendly. The room was simple but clean. Also helped arrange transport to SnowTown and Yabuli Ski Resort during our stay there. Ski gear was available too. Overall we enjoyed the stay there.
