I really liked everything. The hotel room has an incredible view of the sea, it is clean, it smells nice, the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly, there are various cosmetics in the bathroom. The bathroom is very nice, the bed is incredibly comfortable. This hotel is worth coming to more than once.

The hotel is good and the location is convenient close to the subway , and shopping mall . The hotel is surrounded by restaurants with delicious Chinese cuisine and other types which is good to have food at anytime. It’s good to stay at this location if you prefer traveling by train , it’s takes 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to the railway station. The ladies at the reception are providing good service they can also assist you if you need help. It’s a lively place.

The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level.

Nice and clean hotel room. Hotel is in the centre of everything but the location is still pretty quiet. Sadly hotel not provide breakfast but everything else was good.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

在阿那亞住過很多酒店，這次特意挑選了新開的諾岸遠近酒店，真的非常滿意！從辦理入住開始，就能感受到工作人員的專業和友好。特別想表揚一下 Saria，整個過程都非常貼心、熱情。我們到酒店的時候帶了不少行李，Saria 看到後馬上主動過來幫忙，不僅幫我把行李提上樓，還一路介紹酒店的設計和周邊的小tips，讓人一下子從旅途疲憊切換到輕鬆狀態。她的笑容和語氣真的很治癒。入住之後，有幾次我在樓層碰到她，她都會主動問我“有需要幫忙的嗎”。有一次我想要冰桶，但不知道放在哪，Saria 剛好經過，立刻説“我來幫您準備”，轉身就幫我拿來了乾淨的冰桶，還順便提醒我製冰機大概多久能出冰，這種細節真的是加分項。 整個入住期間，衹要我有需求，Saria 都能很快回應。無論是幫我推薦附近的餐廳、規劃遊玩路線，還是簡單地關心我住得舒不舒服，都讓我覺得像在被熟悉的朋友照顧一樣。酒店本身設計感十足，公共區域很大氣，房間寬敞乾淨，視野特別開闊，每天早上醒來都能被窗外的景色治癒。但真正讓我覺得“下次還要再來”的原因，就是 Saria 的服務——真誠、主動、讓人安心。另外酒店的蕎麥枕真的特別舒服，臨走的時候還買了一個。總之非常推薦大家來住！下次來阿那亞，我還會選擇這裏。

週末孩子過生日，臨時決定來一次説走就走的旅行，週四在攜程搶到了霧靈山瀾也酒店倒數第三間大床房。入住前就接到酒店電話，説此次入住提供全程管家服務，她的名字是張志慧，有任何疑問或需要隨時聯繫即可，還温馨提示了天氣情況，詢問了入住時間。週六2點半到達，酒店工作人員火速接過行李，前台送來了歡迎果茶，前台沒有怎麼排隊就辦完入住，因為我備註了遠離電梯，所以管家特意給我安排了最靠裡麪的房間，又因為得知孩子過生日，還專門送了一個致璞的小蛋糕，而且還贈送了兩張咖啡券，味道都非常好，真是驚喜不斷。進入房間，乾淨、簡約而不失格調，傳統日式風榻榻米，床邊還有兩個椅子，特別適合一起玩親子游戲。洗手間很大，贈送的護手霜味道非常好聞，因為帶小朋友，管家還專門送來了小童拖鞋和洗護套裝。晚上去小夜吃了美味的晚餐，7點準時參加了提燈夜遊，明信片上的圖案會根據季節而變化，簡直是細節拉滿！！8點半還在後院草坪參加了觀星活動，酒店工作人員專門帶了天文望遠鏡，可以清晰觀察到月亮上的環形山。換上酒店的睡衣，在非常柔軟舒適的床品上美美的睡了一覺，9點起床又去小夜享用了美味的早餐，沐浴着初冬温暖的陽光，和煦的風把簾子吹起，再望着高飽和度的綠油油的草坪，就像動漫裏的場景，太治癒了！！因為收拾東西太慢申請了延遲退房，管家二話不説就給延時到了一點，下午寄存了行李去燈塔小童樂園，也是跟管家一説，馬上就有電瓶車接送。週日的下午幾乎是承包了小童樂園的所有設施，陽光照在大片草坪上暖暖的，小鹿時不時出來溜達，體驗感拉滿，一大一小60元，哪裡還有比這更高的性價比！！晚上再泡個公湯，吃個壽喜鍋，結束完美的30小時霧靈山初體驗！！最後臨走正好趕上管家值班，還送了我們一箱梨作為伴手禮，嗚嗚太感動了！總之這次出行，孩子度過了一個難忘的生日，大人的身心得到充分的療愈，並且處處都維持着阿那亞的高級審美，更難得的是，瀾也酒店讓人體驗到“賓至如歸”的細緻入微的服務！難怪喜歡阿那亞的朋友總説，阿那亞衹有零次和無數次！我們一定會很快再回來的喲～
