Great location, walking distance to Zhong Shan street. 24 hours service desk ! Receptionists are helpful and friendly. Bedsheet, toilet, common area are cleaned and nice.The hotel does offer the travel packages and advices which is convenient to travelers! Overall it is great experience and nice stay!

We had a great stay here in this hotel, good service, clean room and great location. Food stores, eateries, shopping malls are all around the hotel. We enjoyed the most was the hot shower with good water pressure that released our tiredness after our journey. However, the WiFi signal in the hotel room was unstable even though the hotel staff tried his every best to solve the problem. The room didn’t equipped with a window but an artificial decorative window. What an idea!

Hotel cinco estrellas estilo antigua escuela. Habitación extremadamente grande y decentemente mantenida. Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar. Está a un corto paseo de la calle Zhongshan y la salida 3A del metro, pero las aceras de China no son muy cómodas ni seguras para caminar debido a las bicicletas y dispositivos de movilidad a alta velocidad. Adecuado si tiene la intención de tomar un didi o un taxi a todas partes. Hay muchas opciones de comida, pero en gran parte similares.

El hotel es una joya única, un hallazgo increíble. La ubicación es céntrica, cerca de la calle peatonal, donde encontrará fácilmente tiendas y una gran selección de restaurantes. Está a 12 minutos a pie del mercado de mariscos de 八市, a 8 minutos de la terminal de ferry que lleva a la isla de Gulangye y a muchos otros lugares. El gerente y el personal son excelentes. Amables y muy rápidos para atender todas nuestras consultas, incluso a altas horas de la noche. Nos hacen sentir como en casa, incluso en el extranjero. Las habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto y limpias. Muy recomendable.

Booked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip. Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go. Overall hotel is very clean. Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms! Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call. The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

ME Hotel Fuzhou is a truly magnificent and modern hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, stylish ambience, and warm hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was exceptional — there were plenty of choices ranging from local Chinese dishes to international favourites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at ME Hotel Fuzhou was wonderful. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to return again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fuzhou!

La limpia y moderna, bien situado en la bella costa del mar a sólo unos pocos kilómetros del aeropuerto, el personal es útil y agradable, pero en la parte oscura - las instalaciones son muy limitadas, a diferencia de lo que se espera en 5 estrellas (cosas como gel de ducha y etc.), No hay nada en el minibar, el menú de servicio de habitaciones es muy corto y el servicio funciona sólo durante las horas normales, el desayuno es bastante pobre para 5 estrellas y así sucesivamente. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran las habitaciones de la ciudad.

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

Staying here might be a good choice if you'd like to discover the local culture. Walking distance to the beach & various street foods (even though quite repetitive). Overall the room is neat & clean, just the projector in my room not functioning well. The staffs are very friendly to assist!
