The staff is amazing ❤️, the hotel is very clean and as well, the location is absolutely convenient, no need for uber to the airport, just 10 minutes walk inside the airport, however , there were no sleepers😩😩had to wear my sneakers after leaving a shower 🤣🤣 … no bottled water to drink as well😩was so thirsty at night… but i will definitely come back again ,it’s a beautiful hotel and safe as well.. I give it an 8/10 …. I highly recommend

I was transferring from Johannesburg to Shanghai when I called the service, and they ordered a taxi to pick me up. At first, my card was declining, but they were so patient until the payment went through. They were very kind, and the service was great. Every time I visit Johannesburg, I will be staying there. The apartment had two separate bedrooms, but I only used one, along with a kitchen and living room suitable for two families. I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Primero, reservé una habitación tamaño queen. Me registré, fui a la habitación y alguien más se estaba quedando exactamente en esa misma habitación. Obtuve una nueva tarjeta para una nueva habitación y esa tarjeta de acceso no funcionó. Regresé a la recepción y dijeron que había un problema y que el personal de mantenimiento estaba tratando de solucionarlo. Dijeron que no hay habitaciones disponibles. Sólo puedo conseguir dos camas individuales, así que le dije que pagué por una habitación tamaño queen. Necesitan hacer un plan... finalmente, después de un tiempo, volvieron a mí, me dieron una tarjeta de habitación, fueron a la habitación y, literalmente, simplemente juntaron las dos camas, sacaron la mesita de noche y tuvimos que dormir así. No había hervidor para hacer café y la habitación olía mal.

It was great to stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi! Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner). If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor. The parking in the basement made me feel more safe. Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

Superó las expectativas. Estuve muy satisfecho con el precio y el servicio. Estaba limpio y sanitario. La actitud del servicio de recepción fue muy buena. La ubicación también era buena. Fue muy conveniente salir. La zona de los alrededores era muy concurrida, pero había snacks y pequeños supermercados al lado. Había un supermercado Carrefour enfrente. Valió la pena volver a alojarse allí.

El hotel está muy bienvenido y muy bien engañado, y el conductor de la nave es lo suficientemente agradable como para preguntarnos si estamos en el hotel Metcourt correcto como hay otro.

Reception faced a crisis when their servers broke down. The staff remained helpful and friendly throughout, despite being overwhelmed with large numbers of visitors. The hotel is well maintained and clean

Excelente ubicación. En el hotel y alrededor del hotel hay muchos restaurantes deliciosos. La autopista es fácilmente accesible. El dormitorio era agradable y temprano. Volvería a permanecer allí.
