My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound. Thank you for the warm hospitality. 

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

Se podría decir que es el mejor hotel de Pamukkale. Nos alojamos una noche y a la mañana siguiente fuimos directamente a la zona panorámica de la Puerta Sur de Pamukkale. Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante completas y hay piscina. Reservamos una habitación cuádruple, pero era demasiado pequeña y estaba demasiado llena para abrir la maleta. Hay restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas cerca del hotel. En recepción también pueden pedir un taxi a la zona panorámica de Pamukkale. Solo hay que acordar el precio con antelación. Es muy práctico.

La higiene era excelente y el paisaje precioso cuando fuimos. Sin embargo, se encuentra en una zona diferente, a unos 10-15 minutos en coche de la zona turística de Pamukkale. Hay un mercado local cerca que merece la pena visitar si tienen tiempo. El personal no habla inglés con fluidez, así que lo mejor es usar el Traductor de Google para traducir al turco. Además, la higiene del restaurante necesita mejorar; había bastantes moscas y comida derramada en el suelo. En general, las instalaciones del spa y los baños termales fueron excelentes.

We were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding.
