The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Jakuzili suit oda da jakuzi çalışmıyodu ve çalışanlar bunun için bi çözüm bulamadılar. Gitmeden arayıp jakuziyi temizleyip hazırlamalarını rica ettim ama jakuzinin zaten temiz olduğunu ve gelince kendim doldurmamı söylediler ve temiz değildi içinde kıl saç vs vardı. Jakuzi çalışmıyo diye aradığımda ben çalıştıramamışım gibi bi muamele yapıldı sonra 3. Aramada çalışan gelip baktı ve çalıştıramadı sonra da ekstra memnuniyet için bi şey yapılmadı. Jakuzi problemi hariç oda çok güzel ve temizdi. Diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık fırça yoktu ama resepsiyondan isteyince hemen gönderdiler. Çalışanlar problemimi çözmemesine rağmen güler yüzlülerdi bi dahaki gelişinizde odanızı yükseltiriz dediler bi daha gider miyim bilmiyorum ama genel olarak konum vs memnun kaldım.

Extrem Gut. Sehr sauber. Super Service. Auch das Personal im Gastrobereich sehr bemüht. Leckeres Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Está bastante lejos del centro, pero es un lugar muy tranquilo si buscas un lugar para descansar, ¡absolutamente un lugar al que tienes que ir! cerca del bosque, te despiertas con voces de pájaros, todo está muy limpio, el desayuno es bueno y el servicio es rápido.

Todo era bueno con este hotel. Sólo un poco de ruido como bares cerca se abrió hasta las 12:00. Así que espera un poco de ruido si su habitación está frente a los bares terraza.

El hotel tiene un excelente equipo de hospitalidad –, y se siente como una familia muy bien conectada, especialmente durante el desayuno, demuestran la total lealtad y profesionalidad tanto en su trabajo como en su cliente. Un gran equipo, y mis especiales gracias a Ceren y Ayça. Mira, IAS

Oda kahvaltı olarak aldık ama rezervasyon sonunda kahvaltısız bir konaklamayla karşılaştık. Fiyat performans icin kahvaltısı içinde olsa daha iyi olurdu.

It's a really nice hotel, I believe a 4 or 5 Star from what it looked like. We had a high level room with a nice view. The staff was very nice all around and we had a good time staying there.
