The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We booked through Trip.com and, at check-in, were told that the room we had reserved was much smaller and not what we were expecting. Based on that explanation, we paid an additional fee to upgrade. Later, the hotel explained that the confusion was caused by the room photos used by the booking platform. Regardless of whose mistake it was, as a guest I was placed in a position where I felt I had to pay extra because of conflicting information between the hotel and its booking partner. I believe hotels should work closely with their booking partners to ensure room descriptions and photos are accurate, so guests can make informed decisions before arrival. I hope this process is improved for future guests.

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

Este emblemático hotel local, con 160 años de historia, se encuentra justo al lado de la estación de tren. Su interior y exterior presentan una elegancia clásica; si bien el mobiliario y las instalaciones son algo anticuados, están bien conservados y las habitaciones son limpias e higiénicas. El personal es profesional y amable. El hotel y sus alrededores son de primera categoría y merece la pena alojarse en él.

Scandic旗下酒店，已經全部翻新，設施很全很新，酒店比較大，有游泳池和spa，還有個劇場。spa到晚上19點結束，停車免費，旁邊就是sixt和avis的租車點，離酒店不遠有個購物中心，户外用品可以逛一逛，但是購物中心關門較早，需要合理安排時間。距離大型超市coop僅100米，可以步行到達。

Es un hotel resort muy grande. Si no está aquí originalmente, normalmente necesita cruzar la isla y tomar un ferry. Está disponible las 24 horas y suele salir cada hora. Si llega demasiado tarde, hay una caja de contraseñas a la derecha de la puerta. Si sube, también encontrará una llave en la recepción. Si vive en una cabaña, vaya a la derecha, donde se obtiene la llave; verá un mapa guía. También hay un mapa en el sobre donde se obtiene la llave, y puede subir en coche.

thon旗下連鎖，風景相當好，建議住南面房間，打開窗就是峽灣風景。停車免費，酒店北面就有超市coop（21:00關門），circle加油站，Tesla超充站，很方便。早餐很豐盛。第二天早上還幸運的看到了彩虹。

酒店就在老鷹之路起點，有免費停車位，就是需要點技術。房間帶陽台可以看到瀑布， 早餐豐富，餐廳面水。住了兩天正趕上下雨，多虧住這裏可以在房間享受風景看峽灣裏的往來船衹，在酒店附近閑逛，泡澡，吃飯。性價比高，物有所值。

El hotel es el más cálido de la ciudad. No hay hoteles cercanos, hay pocos, pero hay bases de manzanas alrededor, hay muchos árboles en la montaña, los hogares están llenos de manzanas, nadie se recoge.
