Room is cozy. All amenities function well. Got hot shower. Superrr near to every viral spots in Penang, max is 11 minutes. Got 7eleven across the street and a small mart at the lobby. Hostess is super nice and room is clean and comfortable for my 3 nights stay. Downside: lift is SUPER small. Peak hour you have to wait at least 20mins for the lift cause its soo full. Infinity Pool is small.

Este hotel se abre recientemente, por lo que todos los equipos eran nuevos pero la habitación huele un poco de química porque parecía que la habitación se ha empezado a proporcionar para el alojamiento. La ubicación está muy lejana del centro de la ciudad de George, pero la zona es muy cómoda con pequeños glosarios, cafés, bacterias y etc. Nuestros familiares se disfrutaron de caminar por la calle armenia para cenar. Es muy interesante ver todas las tiendas y edificios históricos. La piscina de este hotel es compacta con unos pocos bancos. Sugerido para evitar la zona de tiempo congestionado. La vista de la ciudad desde la piscina es sorprendente tanto el día como la noche que debes intentar. En general, tuvimos un buen tiempo en George Town y era un hotel muy agradable.

Excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso a puestos de comida nocturnos y a un centro comercial cercano. También ofrece servicio de transporte gratuito a algunos lugares como el mercado Cecil y la calle Kimberley. Como nuestro vuelo es nocturno, Joshua nos informó que hay una sala de descanso disponible después de la salida. El personal es muy atento y amable. Un agradecimiento especial a Joshua; al ser nuestra primera visita a Penang, nos proporcionó información sobre lugares de interés y restaurantes, y se aseguró de que todo en la habitación estuviera en perfecto estado durante nuestra estancia. Nos hizo sentir como en casa durante estos días. Sin duda, volveré en mi próxima visita a Penang.

everything is ok.. the breakfast food is delicious while eating you can see the sea.. the view is beautiful.. the location is good.. the beach is close to the hotel.. only the cleanliness is a little lacking in the room.. the bed sheet is dirty but a little.. the worst thing is the smell of the pillow is a bit less pleasant.. hope the hotel can make improvements

The accommodation is in a convenient location, easy to travel to, and there is a convenience store at the hotel. The hotel is near the sea, has a good atmosphere, and the receptionists are friendly and provide detailed information about the room. There is a room deposit of 100 ringgit, which will be returned on the check-out day.

Todo está bien.. la habitación es limpia y cómoda, la vista es hermosa. La playa está detrás del resort. Sólo el ascensor tenía un gran problema. Fue demasiado lento, y esperamos 20 minutos pero todavía no podíamos bajar. lleno de personas. Tenemos que usar las escaleras para bajar al 15o piso.

It is a beach front hotel. The reception staff is friendly and nice. There is a shop opposite the reception . You can buy shop batik clothes, souvenirs, swimsuits and jewellery there. There is a lounge too with open sea view. You can feel relaxed with music and enjoy drinks there. The room is clean and spacious. There is a swimming pool for kids . It is a nice beach for children to play and swim too . Guests can park car in the car park. The is a gym with swimming pool views. But it is small and not lots of equipment. There are some restaurant in walking distance.

Staff very friendly & helpful. It just that the room can be quite noisy when it's raining & it just happen to be thunderstorm the day we go there. The room also got leaking everywhere but the staff really helpful that they try to help us with our thing

Nice location hotel in George town Walking distance have several food court (red.garden) to take dinner, free town bus (CAT) near hotel to go many places in George town.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.
