Check-in remoto. Indican la hora de llegada por WhatsApp y envían instrucciones sobre dónde recoger la llave. Todo es sencillo. Me cambiaron de habitación (había otras reservas) y me cambiaron de categoría gratis. ¡Muchas gracias! La habitación no es la más nueva, pero está limpia y es acogedora. Hay un salón (microondas, hervidor de agua, tazas), un dormitorio con cama doble y un baño con ducha y bañera. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama es de buena calidad. La ducha/bañera tiene buena presión de agua, pero cuidado, el agua puede estar muy caliente. Al hacer el check-in, dos botellas de agua y té/café. Salida a un balcón grande. Es cierto que las puertas se atascan un poco. Vistas a la ciudad. Mesa y silla cómodas para trabajar, internet normal. La habitación es tranquila. Hay alfombra en el pasillo. Enfrente hay supermercados y cafeterías. A 15 minutos de la Plaza Roja, a un ritmo tranquilo. Hay piscina en la azotea, tumbonas, mesas y sillas. Hay sauna. No hay gente.

Great Family Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was spacious and convenient. The swimming pool was big, and the kids really enjoyed spending time there. The kids’ room was also comfortable and had plenty of fun activities for children to enjoy. There were also various kids’ activities available throughout the stay. My kids especially loved the stamp collection activity, where they could collect stamps and redeem an ice cream once they completed the full stamp card! 🍦 The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and there was something for everyone in the family. Overall, we had a great family holiday and the kids definitely enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended for families with children!

I really loved staying here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. 👍🏻 I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂 A special shout-out to Ms Ima, Ms Izza, Ms Aisha & Ms Betty for your great service. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your kindness truly means a lot to us. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍 I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at The Majestic Malacca and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend The Majestic Malacca to anyone looking for quality accommodation. I look forward to my next visit!

It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

A partir de mi llegada, todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, bienvenido y útil. La ubicación es también un enorme plusmuy conveniente y estratégica. ¡Muy recomendado! ❤️

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

The hotel was excellent overall. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have a pleasant and comfy stay for a night. Room was ready when I went to the counter for check in. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.  The room was spacious enough for two people.. bed also clean and comfy. I think just the cons is that there was no small fridge (?) inside my room. Not sure whether they have them installed in another rooms.  Check out also very easy and fast.  Parking around hotel were a bit limited but they provide extra parking just at the other side of the road so you have to walk a bit (dataran). Shops also pretty nearby.

Apparently the hotel did not well maintain. The carpet outside the lift is smelly. The room is old, and the bathtub is dirty. I even saw a hair still on the bed, wondering did they really change the bedsheet?
