One of the nicest hotels we stayed in Japan. We had stayed in a traditional japanese room with Futon beds with an amazing view, compared to some hotels stayed in Tokyo, staff here were so kind, patient and helpful. We had come here to Ski which was wonderful as the resort comes with its own ski garden and lift passes which we were given (so generous and kind thank you!), there is also a lovely onsen onsite for hotel guests to use (free). Even though this resort may seem like a walk to the train station there is a timely shuttle bus service to and from with lovely staff there to help. Would recommend and definitely would come again!

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

El transporte es un problema grande ya que el último autobús del hotel es en 4.30pm. Este es un hotel de vacaciones que se conecta directamente a la colina, es conveniente para esquiar y viajar a esquí, amplias habitaciones de estilo occidental 々 días, cálidas y paisajes naturales son muy atractivos. La cálida comida y bufete son muy satisfactorios, el personal es amigable y cómodo. Aunque es un edificio antiguo, es un hotel limpio y limpio que permite a los hogares y a los principiantes disfrutar de su ambiente.

火車站出來，過了馬路就是，交通非常方便。前台挺友好的，兩點到的，説三點checkin，我等了一會兒，然後過來和我説房間收拾好了，可以提前入住。 主樓到新樓稍微走點路，新樓上去的電梯邊上，好像是當地的文化中心。感覺沒什麼人住，房間有點舊，面積算可以，還帶了個沙發，不過這種小地方的酒店，大致比東京酒店房間總是大一些。 房間內飲品非常簡單，就一包靜岡的烤茶茶包。早餐也比較簡單，一份定食，茶和咖啡自助。晚餐好像要提前一天預約，可能是因為沒什麼住客的關係。 第一次在日本遇見沒有放除味噴劑的酒店。不過，整體感覺還是不錯的。
