We had an amazing time at NASPA New Otani — this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Yuzawa, especially for a winter getaway! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location is ideal for winter sports lovers with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and easy shuttle service to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which made getting around a breeze even in snowy weather. The onsen and bathing facilities were relaxing and just what we needed after spending time outdoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were really enjoyable, with something for everyone. While the hotel is set a little away from town, the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the area if we wanted. Overall, it felt like a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service — highly recommended!

En general, me gusta este hotel de aguas termales que fue construido en un lugar que contiene 16 casas que datan del siglo XVII. El hotel en sí, su jardín y su habitación no tienen mala pinta. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado de la boutique se rompió ayer y hacía mucho calor para comprar allí. No estoy seguro si fue reparado hoy. En el baño se guardaba una bolsa de cepillo abierta sin pasta de dientes. ¿Esperaban que la usara o qué? El servicio y la comida pueden ser mejores, pero no lo tomen a mal, ya son buenos, solo que tengo un estándar muy alto, en particular cuando hablamos de alimentos. Me gustan los dos licores gratuitos, uno en oferta y el otro en vino de ciruela, que se ofrecen todas las noches de 17:00 a 19:30. :) El hotel puede organizar muchas actividades de viaje y experiencias y es necesario reservar en línea con antelación. Se ofrece servicio de transporte gratuito entre el hotel y la ESTACIÓN ECHIGO YUZAWA y también es necesario reservar con antelación, un gesto muy generoso.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

Very satisfied with our stay at Angel Grandia Hotel. The ski-in, ski-out access made skiing extremely convenient, and moving from the ski area into the hotel never felt cold. The room was warm and comfortable at night. The staff and shuttle bus attendants were friendly and helpful, and having a FamilyMart inside the hotel was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Aunque un poco viejo, la habitación se renovó, el brillo es limpio y la superficie es grande. El calor es cómodo. El hotel está al lado del barrio de esquí, es muy conveniente esquiar en invierno, la comida de la mañana y la cena es una cocina. No he visitado, pero hay un restaurante cercano, no tengo miedo de nada de comer.

Super super hermosa, vale la pena 👍 El servicio también es super bueno ～ Si tienes la oportunidad de volver a vivir, la cena y el desayuno también son excelentes, y el hotel de la zona cálida y relajado

快適に過ごさせていただくことができました！オーナーさんとは、我々の都合により朝早くの出発で 少ししかお話することができなかったのですが、とても優しく、次回もこの辺りにきた際は宿泊させて頂こうと思いました＾＾

Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, todas las instalaciones están completas, muchos lugares de alojamiento son muy convenientes, el día o la residencia puede estar encantado de esquiar, también hay calor para dormir, cómodo ah

Este es un hotel de vacaciones que se conecta directamente a la colina, es conveniente para esquiar y viajar a esquí, amplias habitaciones de estilo occidental 々 días, cálidas y paisajes naturales son muy atractivos. La cálida comida y bufete son muy satisfactorios, el personal es amigable y cómodo. Aunque es un edificio antiguo, es un hotel limpio y limpio que permite a los hogares y a los principiantes disfrutar de su ambiente.
