My First Hostel Experience — And It Was a Blast! Ostello Bello Palermo was my first-ever hostel stay, and honestly — it was an amazing surprise! At first, I was placed in a room with all guys, but when I asked to switch, the staff quickly and kindly arranged a change for me. Each room has 11 beds and 2 showers, and everything was super clean, which I really appreciated. The common area is lovely — warm, welcoming, and full of life. That night, there was a DJ party that lasted until 1 a.m., and sleeping was definitely not an option… but I was in the spirit of experimentation, so I just went with it and ended up dancing and having a great time. I met some amazing local musicians who were born in Palermo, and we had such a fun night hanging out and talking. It felt like a truly authentic and spontaneous experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — especially one guy at the reception (I wish I remembered his name!) who was just the sweetest. Thank you for making my first hostel stay so special. I’ll never forget it 💛

La habitación de paisaje marino sin rodeos, con flores calientes frente al mar, también puede estar lejos de la confusa vulcana de Etna. El hotel está en la mitad de la montaña, con autos de cuatro kilómetros de la estación de tren a la montaña 25 euros un poco caro. El Grand Hotel San Pietro, con vistas al Mar Iónico, es un hermoso hotel con jardines paisajosos y excelentes instalaciones, el personal es muy cortés y útil, y las habitaciones están bien equipadas y muy cómodas.  Situado a 10-15 minutos a pie de la zona de compras y de vistas de Taormina, este hotel 5 Estrellas es una excelente elección.  El personal, como se ha mencionado, es muy amable y útil - y es muy fácil ser amigos con ellos. En efecto, Christian y Loretta (que trabajan en el bar durante la noche) son dos miembros del personal que agradezco muy - no sólo por su servicio, sino por el tiempo excepcional que hemos pasado con ellos.  Este hotel es muy recomendado y estoy seguro de que esperaré volver en un futuro no demasiado lejano.

La estructura es muy limpia, bien organizada y curada, con la zona de piscina y bañera Jacuzzi que es realmente una joya con una vista maravillosa de Palermo. Amplia, luminosa y limpia. Servicio profesional y siempre cuidado con los detalles. El restaurante es de excelente calidad y variedad de elección. Podrían, en mi opinión, explotar la zona de piscina incluso la noche, teniendo en cuenta el espacio y la presencia del bar chiosco, con música de fondo, y luces sufocadas para un aperitivo o cocktail borda piscina con vistas panorámicas. Crear una situación tranquila, relajada, donde interactuar con los demás huéspedes, simple pero eficaz. La posición, un poco fuera de mano, te obliga a tomar el coche o una naveta y ir a Palermo. Un consejo, el restaurante es un poco caro, sobre todo en relación a la cantidad de las porciones, aunque la calidad es alta. La pizza es en la media general. Puede que le pida a más invitados quedarse a cenar, aunque luego tengas que crear algo, como se ha dicho antes, para que la hermosa estructura viva incluso en las horas de la noche. Sólo una nota dolorosa, por lo tanto, después de la salida de las 11:00, tienes que irte. La mayoría de las instalaciones, en cambio, le permite quedarse otra media jornada en la piscina, donde entre otras cosas es fácil tomar un poco de consumo en el bar. Quería quedarme hasta las 14 para disfrutar de otra hora de Jacuzzi, pero a pesar de que he pedido varias veces, esto me fue negado y no insistiendo, me fui. Estoy seguro de volver, porque me encontré realmente bien. Espero que la dirección del hotel tome mis consideraciones, no como críticas, sino como consejos.

Posizione eccellente, struttura un po' datata negli arredi ma ancora gradevole e funzionale. Dotata di una bella piscina all'aperto che però visto il periodo non abbiamo usato.

Servicio de primera, estructura muy refinada y acogedora, limpieza impecable, excelente desayuno, cena a cargo de un chef destacado. ¡Para ser rehecho pronto!

I am having a hard time writing this review as we actually enjoyed our stay at La chiusa, location, staff and food was good. However, I suffered a severe bug bite attack at night and the management of the hotel is turning all responsibility away from them. My whole body, face, legs, arms, neck are full with red marks from the bites, the itch is unbearable! I kindly asked for a statement and refund for the situation but at first I got “it looks like mosquito bites” and then they kept explaining their cleaning procedures and gave us the responsibility for the situation that we would have brought them with us. Also they did not see any reason to pay any compensation for the situation. Nothings for time spent at doctors, creams or refund for the room. NOTHING. Just the situation for us to deal with the itchy bites. I am 100% sure that the bugs have been there before we came, I even saw one before going to sleep (not knowing it is a bed bug) thinking that it is a remote location and it can happen that a bug enters the room. When checking the next morning for the bites I realized that it was a bed bug what I have seen and the marks over my body show enough evidence.

Hotel bardzo czysty. Obsługa super. Śniadania niestety pozostawiaja wiele do życzenia. Ale grafitykacja jest super kawa.

We had a wonderful stay at Taormina Infinity Suites. Before our arrival, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The host always responded promptly, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the host warmly welcomed us and kindly helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight. The water was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed, and you could clearly see the care and attention that had gone into every detail. Upon check-out, the host kindly helped us with our luggage again and arranged a taxi to the train station, which saved us a lot of hassle and made our departure much easier. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Piazza IX Aprile and within easy reach of Taormina’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
