The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

¡El mejor Westin de todos los tiempos! Fantástico servicio del equipo de limpieza. ¡Servicio de atención al cliente real! Fuera de las expectativas. ¡El equipo puso una alfombrilla de ratón al lado de mi computadora portátil e incluso apretó el cable de pérdida! ¡Nunca había experimentado algo así en el grupo Marriott antes!

El hotel es nuevo y está completamente equipado. La ubicación del baño es muy alta, sin tener en cuenta los sentimientos de uso de mujeres y niños. El botón del helicóptero está dañado parcialmente, el tercer piso de los colegas no puede llegar, tiene que cambiar el helicóptero, el hotel necesita hacer un buen trabajo de mantenimiento. La habitación está muy mal aislada. La gente de servicio y sus huéspedes hablan dos veces en el corredor a media noche y por la mañana, al menos los servicios deben prestar atención a no hablar en el corredor. El desayuno sólo comenzó a las 7:30, porque necesitaba dejar el hotel a las 7:30, y al desayuno a las 7:00, no hay mucho antes de que el tipo original fuera. Ahora que se siente que el hotel es un hotel de negocios, debería ofrecer un desayuno más temprano a los profesionales.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with an early check in. The rooms were clean and nice, but not particularly luxurious, just solid and comfortable.

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Great place to stay in hyderabad and this is my preferred place since past 12 years. I love the ambience, cleanliness and food served both inhouse and in restaurant. Located in prime area and good access point from all sides on the main road. Courteous staff and swift response to your concern if any. It's worth the cost.

El hotel está situado en una buena ubicación y muy atento y muy útil a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno tenía muchas variedades para acomodar a todos los gusto incluyendo comida occidental. Recomendaría este hotel para un corto período de estancia ya que requiere un poco de actualización. Ver desde nuestra habitación

Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.
