El servicio es muy bueno, algunas instalaciones tienen problemas, las luces de la sala están rotas y el agua del lavado se filtra hacia la sala. El desayuno está bien, no hay cambios todos los días.

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

The rooms were spacious, clean and properly maintained. The service was quick and courteous. The staff was polite and helping. The breakfast had great variety and tasted excellent! The staff took good care and was extremely polite and helpful. Overall, an experience to remember and cherish!! Keep it up Hotel Green Park Management and staff!!!

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

El tamaño de la habitación es decente. Las toallas son muy viejas y no en blanco. El desayuno es aceptable.El servicio durante el desayuno es bueno. Lavado del cuerpo, champú y otros fueron muy intensos con olor a limones. Número de tarjeta de crédito que se ha registrado en el ordenador portátil después de completar el pago utilizando la máquina de desvío .. ¿por qué?

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la seguridad del hotel es muy estricta, el servicio es bueno. Las habitaciones son súper grandes y lujosas, el desayuno del hotel es principalmente comida local, el sabor se puede sugerir y se puede diversificar.

Reservamos una habitación con familia de 3 miembros por 1 noche. La habitación era muy limpia y el servicio era bueno. Sólo 2 cosas que puedo sugerir son 1. )hotel puede proporcionar habitaciones ligeramente más altas para las familias ya que hay sonido entrando en las habitaciones cuando las fiestas se celebran. 2. ) El inicio de la sesión puede ser pequeño pero más rápido. Pero el resto de todas las cosas son de alto estándar 👍
