A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. The location is also great, close to the BSD area. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

El servicio era grande por todo el mundo, la ubicación no puede ser golpeada si tienes un evento en ICE, literalmente sólo un lanzamiento de piedra, muy conveniente si estás en Jakarta para ese fin. La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar, pero había un olor de lavandería sin mangas e incluso un visitante de bug una noche!! Pero la ubicación realmente no puede ser golpeado, que conveniencia por sí sola vale la pena quedarse allí. Servicio de transbordador disponible para el centro comercial cercano también!

di lantai bawah ada mall carstenz yg wangi, nyaman dan gak crowded. cocok buat yg suka ketenangan dan berkumpul bersama teman.
tidak ada sarapan. tapi bisa beli kopi atau roti di indomaret di ba*****t mall

Este es un hotel bastante bueno para una estancia corta cerca del aeropuerto. Nos alojamos aquí a menudo cuando estamos de paso en Yakarta. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y están bien equipadas. El desayuno es muy bueno. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es bastante práctico.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience.
Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too!
Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service.
Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful.
And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe.
Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience.
I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

AAishah IshakStaffs are super friendly and nice! The customer service/receptionist will WhatsApp you to check if everything is okay. You can just call and ask them for anything within their means. Breakfast buffet was good too, a lil downside is the location of the hotel. If you’re coming from City of Jakarta, it will be quite jam if you move out at the wrong timing. But I’ll totally come back coz the hotel is located beside a mall & the big Sea Aquarium! Love it!

The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

KKusumaA good beach front hotel. It used to be my favourite hotel since 2015. However, it's very disappointing now. For this price, there's a lot they can improve especially the food quality. It's hard to find a proper restaurants in this area, I really hoped we could count on the hotel restaurant during our stay but we're disappointed. The food at the buffet dinner is all bad, too sweet, too salty, not fresh seafood (rotten fish), meat is also too dry & not fresh, maybe already kept in freezer for too long, but the price is not cheap. The room is a bit outdated, the bathroom has no single hanger, where do you expect us to put our towel when taking shower? On the floor? I really love this hotel, that's why I wrote this honest review and hopefully it will improve so we can visit this hotel again in our future trip.

DDhamayanti SetiadiDespite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him.
When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?)
Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later.
Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night.
Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.
