No dejes que las fotos en línea te engañen sobre las habitaciones. Las fotos en línea hacen que la habitación se vea horrible, pero en realidad, las habitaciones no están tan mal. El vestíbulo es precioso. No se puede acceder a la ubicación debido a que el apartamento se encuentra en una zona nueva. Tenga en cuenta que este es un apartamento con un hotel en su interior. Los apartamentos se convirtieron en habitaciones. El restaurante del hotel tiene un horario de funcionamiento ridículo, lo cual es una pena. Necesitan aprender a hacer mejores negocios. No hay muchas instalaciones por ahora. Espero que mejore.

Excelente hotel, con todas las prestaciones necesarias para que puedas gozar de una estancia increíble. Con sala de gimnasio, spa y piscina. Hacen que puedas aprovechar de tu descanso y a la vez poderte relajar.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

This hotel is located just outside the domestic departure counters area in T3. It has a 10m+ pool and a good gym. The breakfast is not up to 4 4-star hotel standards, but is pretty good. If you want a comfortable place for a long layover in CGK, esp if your next flight is from T3, there is no better choice than Grand Anara. There's a cheaper Anara on the other side of T3, and there's a ”Digital Hotel” nearby for a cheaper price if you want to save a few bucks.

La limpieza debe mejorar. Me dieron dos toallas en el baño y una de ellas todavía estaba mojada cuando hice el check in. Todavía había pelos en toda la mesa de la habitación. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno buffet sigue siendo aceptable y el camarero también es muy eficiente. En general, está bien, ¡solo se debe mejorar la limpieza!

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. The location is also great, close to the BSD area. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!
