This hotel is located just outside the domestic departure counters area in T3. It has a 10m+ pool and a good gym. The breakfast is not up to 4 4-star hotel standards, but is pretty good. If you want a comfortable place for a long layover in CGK, esp if your next flight is from T3, there is no better choice than Grand Anara. There's a cheaper Anara on the other side of T3, and there's a ”Digital Hotel” nearby for a cheaper price if you want to save a few bucks.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.
Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job.
However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property.
We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready.
Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for.
Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely.
I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.
UUsuario invitadoService was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.

KKusumaA good beach front hotel. It used to be my favourite hotel since 2015. However, it's very disappointing now. For this price, there's a lot they can improve especially the food quality. It's hard to find a proper restaurants in this area, I really hoped we could count on the hotel restaurant during our stay but we're disappointed. The food at the buffet dinner is all bad, too sweet, too salty, not fresh seafood (rotten fish), meat is also too dry & not fresh, maybe already kept in freezer for too long, but the price is not cheap. The room is a bit outdated, the bathroom has no single hanger, where do you expect us to put our towel when taking shower? On the floor? I really love this hotel, that's why I wrote this honest review and hopefully it will improve so we can visit this hotel again in our future trip.
DDhamayanti SetiadiDespite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him.
When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?)
Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later.
Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night.
Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.
UUsuario invitadoThe room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there.
Food:
The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋
Amenities:
There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.
