El hotel tiene una hermosa vista del río Kamloops y es muy tranquilo y relajante. El desayuno fue excelente por la mañana y pasamos una noche maravillosa.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna

No hay errores de cama es un A+ para los moteles para mí! El mini refrigerador estaba muy frío y algunas de las popes explotaban allí, incluso cuando intenté desactivarlo, pero dejé que la mujer sepa que podían comprobarlo.

Perfect downtown location – easy walks to Stanley Park, seawall, and Robson Street. Super family-friendly staff: Everyone smiled at our kid and helped with recommendations. Spacious room, huge windows (toddler loved the view), comfy bed, quiet even in the city center. Warm indoor pool was a big hit. Clean, modern, and zero stress with a little one. Highly recommend for parents wanting luxury without the fuss. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright!
