實在沒有想到這個希爾頓酒店這麼便宜，然後各個方面卻遠遠超出預期。 1，離火車站不是很遠，打車估計就3-4萬鎖母就到了，十多公里。 2，周圍有非常漂亮的人工草坪，還有一條清澈的小河，河邊還有水泥路，可以坐觀光車。幾塊錢人民幣就夠了。 3，再附近還有一個大型的小童遊樂場，費用超級便宜，一個項目就5-10元人民幣的樣子。還有一些街邊小吃。還有晚上的舞蹈等節目看。 4，遊樂場邊上還連結着一個“清真寺”，裏面可以購物，閑逛，然後還有非常棒的飯店吃飯，以當地的烤肉，囊等實物為主。室外的飯廳非常漂亮，漢白玉的柱子底座，精心雕塑的木製大梁直接杵在上面，支起來整個屋頂。這個亭子在河邊，邊上種滿了花草，環境非常優美。最重要的是沒有蚊子！ 5，酒店的自助早餐也非常豐富，美。5歲小孩免費，11歲小孩半票。當然你也可以買自帶早餐的。 6，離那些著名景點也不遠，打車這邊很便宜。 7，酒店挨着還有一個超大型的水上樂園，10-20：00營業。 這個酒店帶娃住和玩，絕絕子。

Excellent design, excellent ergonomics, lovely and very thoughtful hotel personnel - and very good views.

El hotel es probablemente el mejor hotel de la ciudad antigua. Se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie del mausoleo de Gur Emir y a un rápido viaje en taxi hasta la plaza Registan. El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones de hardware, es limpio y cómodo y tiene un gran vestíbulo. Aunque no reservé una habitación con desayuno, hay muchos cafés elegantes en los alrededores y un desayuno cuesta solo treinta o cuarenta yuanes, lo que sigue siendo muy bueno.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Приехали поздно, очень быстро заселили. Номер соответствует фото. В номере есть тапочки, зубной набор , чай, кофе, вода, кондиционер. В холодильнике - кола, фанта. Завтрак приличный, очень вкусные сливы, каша и самса. Персонал внимательный к гостям.

Se siente como un hotel rural en un lugar tranquilo. La puerta del hotel está cerrada hasta el amanecer, lo que parece perfecto para los viajeros mayores que se preocupan por la seguridad. La habitación es relativamente pequeña, pero hay luces fluorescentes para trabajar tranquilamente. En la mañana puedes tener una comida de bufete ligera, pero no me gustan los grasos, así que comí huevos fritos, salsa, yogur, tangerina (alto azúcar) y un pedazo de pan. El personal del hotel es amable, pero no habla bien inglés. Me echó a salir del tren de alta velocidad a Tashkent a las 6:00, pero me sorprendió solicitar un impuesto de 8 dólares por dos días, cuatro dólares al día. Pensé que sería tarde para el coche, así que lo di primero y luego me encontré en el tren, y pensé que me habían deshacido de la guía de viaje, así que fui ahí y le pidió que pagara por ello.
