Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas, a 5 o 6 minutos del aeropuerto, muy conveniente, el autobús del aeropuerto es de media hora, se puede registrar en la recepción con antelación, el coche puede abrirse con antelación. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El coche de 6:20 acaba de salir en 10 minutos. El servidor nos ayudó a llamar al coche para traernos de vuelta. Muchas gracias.

The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

I am staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick. It is a small but very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. The price–performance ratio is quite good. The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated. It is definitely a suitable option for anyone visiting this area. However, I was honestly surprised by the way the hotel staff strictly follow internal policies instead of focusing on guest comfort and flexibility, even in situations where a more guest-oriented approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

La habitación es limpia, amplia y luminosa, y la gente se siente muy cómoda. La habitación con vistas al puerto, era tan hermosa. Vi el sol a través de la ventana de mi hotel. Y es una distancia a pie del barbor y restaurantes. El personal era hospitalario y agradable. La única cosa es que no tienen estacionamiento gratuito ni cubren las tarifas de estacionamiento, a diferencia de otros hoteles. Esta es la primera vez que experimento tener que pagar por mi propio. Tuve que pagar $24 por un día de estacionamiento.

Very good all around. My wife complained about the stale recycled air in the room, but it wasn't an issue for me. I thought overall it was very good value.
