Este hotel, famoso en internet, es diminuto, con solo una docena de habitaciones. Tuve la suerte de que me cambiaran a la habitación 318, que por fin parecía una habitación de hotel. Las suites estándar son diminutas, y la habitación 307, donde se alojaron mis padres, era una cueva con una iluminación pésima. La terraza es el único punto luminoso; el 70% de las famosas fotos de terrazas de globos aerostáticos en internet son de aquí. El desayuno era pésimo, absolutamente pésimo. Es un auténtico fastidio para los estómagos chinos.

12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The owner, Mikai, kindly gave us a room with one of the best views and a private balcony. Even just stepping outside our room, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia. When our hot air balloon flight was cancelled due to the weather, Mikai went above and beyond to make sure we could fly on another day. He arranged for us to go on a less crowded day, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. His recommendations for sightseeing and cultural experiences were all excellent and truly enhanced our visit. His staff, Rahmed, checked in with us every morning during breakfast and made sure we got what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel super bonito con personal extremadamente amable y cortés. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, equipadas con muebles de madera. Precioso cuarto de baño con amplia ducha y varias zonas para sentarse en el exterior. Desde mi cama pude ver los globos aerostáticos típicos de Capadocia y se ven claramente desde la terraza. El hotel está situado en la carretera principal, perfecto para viajes con coche de alquiler, aunque se oye algo de tráfico, lo cual no nos molestó. Nos alegramos de no tener que pasar por bares y tiendas de souvenirs para llegar a casa todas las noches. Definitivamente regresaremos ya que todavía hay mucho por descubrir en este paisaje mágico.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Kind staff men met and greeted us the moment we came and helped with our baggage which was very pleasant. At first they gave us a room with two single beds as we asked while booking but unfortunately there was a very strong smell from the bathroom so we asked for a change and not only did they agree but more than that gave us their best huge room with windows and a balcony🤩we were very sad that both days hot air balloons were canceled due to weather conditions but this room change cheered us up! There is also nice music playing in their cafe till late so be careful if such features usually bother you (we actually liked the vibe even taking into account the fact that we went to bed pretty early). Breakfast was fine and slightly different in two mornings which is great. One of the workers has a cute pug and of course there are many cats around🥰 The location is cool it is pretty close to the sunset view point👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel!

Este hotel está básicamente en el centro de la ciudad de Goreme. Hay todo tipo de comida deliciosa justo afuera de la puerta, lo cual es muy conveniente. Si vienes en coche podrás aparcar delante del hotel. Los pasillos del hotel son tenuemente iluminados y la luz dentro de las habitaciones también es tenue. La decoración es retro, probablemente de estilo más turco, incluyendo alfombras, cortinas, lámparas y mesas. ¡El agua caliente llegó rápidamente! Era de noche cuando hicimos el check in y la habitación estaba muy ordenada y limpia. El aire acondicionado era muy nuevo y la luz era muy buena cuando nos despertamos durante el día. El hotel ofrece desayuno en el tercer piso después de las 8:30. Personalmente creo que es bastante delicioso, especialmente la berenjena mixta, que satisface el estómago chino. El té ***** también es muy delicioso. El chef puede hablar algunas palabras de chino. Se debe tener en cuenta que cada habitación del hotel sólo tiene una llave. Si necesitas dejar la llave en recepción cuando sales y recogerla cuando regresas, entonces básicamente tienes que llevar tus objetos de valor contigo.

Este hotel era sin duda un paraíso. Llegué mucho antes de la hora de llegada para un tour a las 4 de la mañana, que fue cancelado. Ali, uno de los mejores empleados de hotel que he conocido, se aseguró de que me acomodara lo antes posible en mi Suite Queen, ¡que era impresionante! ¿Una habitación dentro de una cueva? ¡Dios mío, era increíble! Enorme, con un baño digno de una reina, con ducha, jacuzzi y, ¡y encima, su propia sauna! El hotel también ofrece un delicioso desayuno y ayuda para organizar tours (con un coste adicional razonable). ¡Disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia y me dio pena irme! ¡El mejor hotel de Capadocia!

Todo el personal fue muy amable, e incluso antes de salir del país, pude comunicarme con ellos por WeChat y reservar traslados al aeropuerto y globos aerostáticos con antelación, ¡así que pude viajar con tranquilidad!
