Tuve una estancia estupenda en este hotel. Mi única preocupación fue la ducha, ya que tiene poca presión. Así que terminas usando el grifo de abajo. El personal fue muy atento y las instalaciones también se ven limpias. ¡Gracias!

Staffs are accomodating,they let us check in earlier,the room was big with a very nice view , near to all food establishment,breakfast buffet was good , near to mactan beach ,there's a free transpo going to the beach or you can walk since it's very near,which we did .i will definitely recommend this hotel and i will comeback for sure.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del parque. Hay piscina y restaurante en la azotea, con vistas espectaculares. La habitación es limpia, luminosa y espaciosa. Hay una cafetería en la planta baja y un 7-Eleven cerca. Nos alojamos un día antes de nuestro vuelo y quedamos encantados con todo.

Super endroit proche de tous les autres hôtels a Capitole, Bien placé, chambre spacieuse et confortable, je recommande !

We had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Keep your smiley faces👍

La playa está a unos 300 metros. La recepción cierra por la noche, pero les escribimos pidiendo alojamiento, y nos lo hicieron. Reservamos una habitación, pero nos dieron otra. No nos gustó, aunque la habitación en sí estaba bien. No probamos el desayuno porque teníamos prisa. Pero, por lo que tengo entendido, era muy escaso.

Fueron unas vacaciones fantásticas. Kevin, el recepcionista, fue increíble desde la llegada hasta la salida. Fue muy amable y eficiente. Me dieron una bienvenida muy agradable. Todo el personal del restaurante fue genial. Desayuno, aperitivos en la playa y cena. Son amables y ofrecen el mejor servicio. Los guardias de seguridad de la playa y el personal de seguridad (Julio, si no recuerdo mal) fueron muy amables y atendieron muy bien las solicitudes de los viajeros individuales. Gracias por el conductor de mi transporte de salida. Todo el personal, con su ajetreada agenda, siempre está con una sonrisa en la cara. ¡Disfruté de las mejores vacaciones bajo el sol y la hermosa playa en South Palm Resort! Sin duda volveré pronto.

Amazing stay with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, great experience with the convenience of shuttle service for trips, tours and travels. Highly recommended.

Las ventanas están selladas y el aire acondicionado no tiene aire maquillaje.
