La ubicación es excelente. Menos de 1 km a Plaza Mayor de Balanga. Cerca de cafés, parque de comidas, mercado nocturno y otras cadenas de comida rápida. Puedes montar un triciclo tan pronto como salgas de la proximidad. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El escritorio frontal tiene casi todo lo que necesita en cualquier situación: medicina, bebidas alcohólicas, juegos, bolsas de basura, tazas de papel, etc. También hay un distribuidor de agua para llenar los contenedores de agua. El desayuno gratuito es muy apreciado. Ya se ha preparado tan pronto como las 6:30, y puedes elegir sacarlos. La comida es agradable también. Bien recomendado para viajeros solos o amigos que se quedan unos días en Bataan.

I stayed in Red Hotel for me to have a place to sleep after going to a party. I expected that I will be provided with toothbrush and toothpaste as the usual standard that a hotel provides but they charged for it. If u would bring a car, expect that you cannot park in the Red Planet building. They only have like 6 parking slot in the building, but a lot in the common area parking. My experience is that I parked 300 meters away from the building. For context, Red Planet is situated where there are nearby hotels and restobars. In my room, it is clean, water pressure in shower is good, AC is good and cool. I slept good.

Todo el personal es super amable. Piscina y restaurante en la azotea. Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal de servicio. Buena ubicación. Hay un 7-11 cerca del hotel. El wifi dentro de la habitación no es tan bueno, lo cual es el inconveniente del hotel. Pero el wifi en la azotea era genial. Como podrían mejorar el wifi dentro de la habitación. Excelente comida servida. Debes probar su desayuno americano. Ja ja.

Ideal place to stay when attending concert at Philippine Arena due to its proximity. And now they have pool! 🥰 Their Cafe's food is great too.

El hotel es decente con piscina y restaurante. El hotel dispone de WiFi y 24 horas de seguridad. El hotel es bueno para los viajeros de presupuesto que sólo necesitan para una noche o 2. El acceso al transporte público está muy cerca. El personal fue muy útil.

An excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

The room is clean and spacious for its price. Food is great in the restaurant. Though the room we got is not soundproof, we hear vehicle engines at closed doors. The only issue our group had was the blankets are not like blankets at all. They are thin and doesn't provide warmth at all when the AC is set to a low temp. We had to set the AC at high temp when we sleep so we could sleep a bit bitter. Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.
