酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!

The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

とにかくスタッフの素晴らしさと、眺望が最高なホテルでした。 滞在中ずーっと、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ナガルコットにはマウンテンビューのホテルは沢山ありますが、近くの山が見えるという意味のマウンテンビューです。 ですが、こちらのホテルは全室がヒマラヤ山脈に向いてるヒマラヤビューです。 この差は大きいです‼️ 私が見た限り、完全に前に抜け感のあるヒマラヤビューは、ここのホテルと、両隣りくらいなものでした。 もちろん、他のホテルも、屋上に上がったりすればヒマラヤビューになるのでしょうが、部屋のベランダにあるイスに座り、コーヒーを飲みながらヒマラヤを眺められるというのは、他にはそうそうない環境だと思います😊 本当に最高の滞在でした❣️ レストランも美味しかったです🍀 好みもあるとは思いますが、味付けも、辛すぎず、強すぎず、ちょうどいいと思いました。好みをちゃんと聞いて下さるので、キチンと伝えたら、尚好みに近づくと思います。 朝食は、満室でない限りコンチネンタルブレックファストです。 満室の時のみビュッフェスタイルになるそうです。 お湯のパワーは問題なし。 エアコン設置なので、寒くても暑くても問題なし。 冷蔵庫はありませんが、キッチンで預かってくれます。 以下、少し気になる点はありますが、そんなこと大したことじゃないと感じるくらい、他の要素が素晴らしかったです❣️ ホスピタリティに溢れたスタッフの皆さんに心から感謝します😊 ＜短所＞ ･ベッドが柔らかいので、ダブルだと、相手の寝返りが気になるかも。 The staff were wonderful and the view was amazing. I had a comfortable stay throughout. There are many hotels in Nagarkot with mountain views, but this most ”mountain view” mean ”a view of the nearby mountains”. However, this hotel has Himalayan views, with all rooms facing the Himalayas. The difference is huge! As far as I've seen around Nagarkot, only this hotel and the two on either side offer a completely open Himalayan view. Of course, other hotels also offer Himalayan views if you go up to the rooftop, but being able to sit on a chair on your room's balcony and gaze out at the Himalayas while sipping coffee is a rare experience. It was truly a wonderful stay! The restaurant was also delicious. I understand that tastes vary, but I thought the seasoning was just right—not too spicy or too strong. They really listened to our preferences, so if you let them know, they'll be able to tailor it to your taste. Breakfast is continental unless the hotel is fully booked. Only then does it switch to buffet style. There are no problems with the hot water power. There is air conditioning, so it doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. There is no refrigerator, but they will store it in the kitchen. The following are some minor concerns, but they were so great that these didn't seem like a big deal! I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospitable staff. ＜Cons＞ - The bed is soft, so if you're staying in a double room, you might notice your partner turning over in your sleep.

This was my first time staying in the hotel, I liked everything but I must say the hot water doesn’t always work and sometimes had to be turned on for a while before working. But aside from that my friend and I really like the staffs attitudes, they were so nice and accommodating. Will be staying again.

El hotel es nuevo, muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Habitación grande, bella, moderna y la cama muy cómoda. Encontramos muy limpia la habitación, todo perfecto. Para estadías largas es un poco incómodo que no hay closets para guardar la ropa por lo que debimos dejarla en la maleta, al igual que no hay nada donde colgar las toallas. Te las dejan limpias en una cesta, y cuando se usan  no hay donde ponerlas.  El desayuno es muy bueno, tipo buffet, y el personal muy amable. El restaurante es chino y está abierto 24 horas lo que es fantástico!! La comida deliciosa y los precios muy buenos.  Sin duda volvería a este hotel!!!

En la web decía que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero en realidad no era así. Está ubicado en el centro de Thamel, por lo que es muy conveniente para ir de compras y salir a comer. También está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús de larga distancia que va a Chitwan y Pokhara, por lo que se recomienda para aquellos que tengan planes de hacerlo. Sin embargo, creo que cuando vas a tu habitación, hay mucha animación y ruido durante la noche. Puede resultar difícil para quienes prefieren el silencio. Las habitaciones están limpias y el personal es muy amable.

La cocina aquí es muy deliciosa!!! Sichuan, verduras! Quise perder peso, el resultado! ¡Comer loco todos los días! ¡Quién está loco! ¡Tienes que peinar! ¡Hazlo primero! ¡También está en la cara, y la arena verde! ¡Hazlo primero! ¡El cielo humano! ¡ Los cuartos son muy nuevos, en Nepal, son realmente cinco estrellas, principalmente limpios y cómodos! Cada habitación tiene un balcón, escuchando la voz natural cada día y despierto, y la insolencia de años se cura!!! Realmente siento que hay suerte de encontrarlo!!! Sí, el jefe está llegando para tomar el avión. Porque el avión es realmente un poco estúpido, muchas personas están en negocios, están sucios, pero el jefe espera mucho tiempo, realmente está muy seguro, está tranquilo. I stayed for four days. Very nice stay at darbar hotel. Property is located in heart of city. Amenities are very good. Cleanliness is well maintained in and around property. Staff is gentle and cooperative. Food was excellent. Hospitality was very good.
