В Raid Yakimur мы отдыхали с сыном. Еще до поездки подробно ответили на наши вопросы, заказали нам трансфер. При заселении напоили марокканским мятным чаем. Наш номер находился на первом этаже, выходя из номера мы сразу оказывались в красивой зоне общего пользования. Очень необычный опыт жизни в раиде. В номере комфортные кровати. Мне не хватало освещения, но это придавало определеную атмосферу. В сожалению в дни нашего пребывания завтраки на крыше были не возможны из-за погоды, но туда всегда можно было подняться и по фотографировать. Сам Raid очень атмосферный. Отзывчивый, внимательный и приятный персонал работает там. Они делали все чтоб нам было комфортно в riad. В следующий раз мы обязательно вернемся сюда вновь!

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We arrived at night at Jnane Rihane Marrakesh, was received by a lovely young man abdul(not sure of spelling)He took time to explain everything, took us to the room and our luggage. This place is a wee gem beautiful full of plants flowers its a breath of fresh air in all the heat its calming, relaxing and peaceful. You have breakfast/ meals in the gardens which is amazing and chilled. Food and service is top notch, Morrocon breakie is a great start of the day. The pool which is beside the eating with enough space between is fantastic and open all times and an amazing large space jacuzzi space which comes on regularly perfect n a big plus. I will defos come back rooms are fab, spacious n great cooling system fab showers and toilet. The cleaners do a fab job and are very kind, very clean corners all round. This Riad has a beautiful museum a room you can just chill. Staff check on you to make sure you are well, we got complementary drinks/fruits on hot days and we got a treat lunch from Riad owner which was delicious. I will defos return n tell my family n friends coz the hospitality was wonderful. Ishmael thank you ,Mami and Hend just to mention a few thank you all.

Limpieza Hay dos mantas en la cama y duermes entre ellas, pero no se lavan. Simplemente se doblan y se colocan cada mañana. Claro que no hay sábanas, así que creo que es un lugar para quienes no les importe. El salón, la ducha y el baño eran viejos, pero estaban limpios. Ubicación Está a poca distancia del casco antiguo. Llegar es complicado, pero una vez que te acostumbras, es fácil. Las calles de Marrakech son laberínticas, y estoy seguro de que es difícil encontrar alojamiento, así que no le resté mucho valor. Servicio El espacio de relax en la azotea del riad era agradable. Era un día despejado de febrero, con unos 22 grados y una suave brisa, lo que lo hacía muy cómodo. El salón también era encantador. (Febrero de 2025) Tenga en cuenta que hay una tasa de alojamiento por noche de 2,5 €, pagadera solo en efectivo, así que lleve euros. No me importó especialmente, pero la litera superior tenía una escalera sin seguridad, una valla baja de 7 cm y medía unos 2 m de altura, así que no creo que fuera adecuada para personas con vértigo. Fue una estancia divertida porque pude jugar con los gatos.

Maravilloso hotel con excelente servicio por parte del personal, sentí que realmente se preocupan por hacer que su estadía sea excelente. El servicio de habitaciones funciona varias veces para reponer artículos. El mejor lugar en mis 2 semanas en el país. La playa está justo enfrente, un gimnasio decente y una piscina cubierta climatizada, a pocos pasos de los mercados. La piscina al aire libre no está climatizada y hacía un poco de frío para nadar en diciembre. Disfruté el desayuno, algunos artículos interesantes como mermelada de plátano. Gracias a todos. 😊

Beautiful small raid in the middle of Medina.  The staffs were very friendly and helpful.  We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax. Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe. I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect. Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, ubicación a poca distancia del mercado de souvenirs, todo el personal muy amable, el desayuno era bueno, recibía té y bocadillos gratis cada vez que regresaba del exterior, limpiaban la habitación todos los días, no hay nada de qué quejarse
