Но на второй день уже забыли про номер, свою функцию он полностью выполнял - ресторан также уступает torre del barone, скорее хорошее кафе/столовая, по еде претензий нет, также включено неплохое вино, чего не было в torre del barone. Сеть mangias оставила отличное впечатление, очень понравилось.

La struttura si trova proprio all’interno del centro storico. Non è raggiungibile in auto ma bisogna camminare una 10ina di minuti. Dalla struttura al Duomo sono 5 minuti a piedi. Struttura pulita. Nei pressi ci sono bar per la colazione.

El hotel está situado en la zona de la ciudad, fuera de los centros habitados. Una recepción y servicio de calidad. Una habitación agradable y prudente para todas las exigencias. Honestamente esperaba mejor. Sala de estar y baño en el piso y dormitorio arriba. La noche es un problema ir al baño o tomar algo de la nevera porque hay que bajar las escaleras. Muebles en arte pobre, también esperábamos que fuera mejor. Por el resto todo muy bien, piscina, bar, servicio y atmósfera. Nos vamos a volver, pero pediremos una habitación en un solo piso con todos los servicios cercanos.

Ожидала увидеть виллу с бассейном как на первом фото, по итогу в маленькой деревушке , номер очень простенький, но все работало исправно , кровать нормальная, постельное белье чистое. Очень вкусный ужин, хороший завтрак, много выпечки, омлет, колбаса, сыр . Для меня не хватило овощей, т к я выпечку не ем , хотелось бы омлет с овощами . Отель для пожилого поколения. С нами было много бабок- дедок! Для них прямо райское место . Даже замоченный чернослив на завтрак дают.

¡Todo fue perfecto! Un resort muy cómodo, con amplias zonas comunes y habitaciones preciosas y cómodas. El desayuno con vistas al hipódromo fue perfecto, ¡y la piscina espectacular! Recomiendo este alojamiento a todo el mundo.

Me encontré muy bien, personal muy amable.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available.  Our room was a recently renovated room and was very clean with a balcony.  The views in the morning were fantastic watching the sun rise up over the sea.  It’s about a 20 minute drive into the centre of Catania. Mount Etna is about a 40 minute drive  Would not recommend staying here unless you have a car, there isn’t much in walking distance apart from other hotels.   Staff were pleasant and helpful.  Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel bar was also nice.  Hotel grounds were well kept and very scenic. Parking is onsite in a secure lot.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, der Pool war super und die Lage auch top. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war das Frühstück. Leider war hier nicht so viel Auswahl.. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Recomendado para la colocación, limpieza, amable del propietario y colaboradores. Se recomienda ampliar la elección del desayuno también con productos ”salados” y pan. Por el resto es perfecto.

I was given a small single room which was different from what i booked. No staff except on WhatsApp (it was Sunday when I arrived)-. She was quick to respond. At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. Good thing also the 1st room had no heating even though card was inserted into the control panel. Self check-in to new room and i had to take new key myself. Zero human contact. 2nd room - Huge room but extremely cold. Floor had beautiful tiles but freezing cold. Hotel didn’t provide slippers. Toilet too small. Bidet blocked the door to the shower. Had to be very careful or else may fall! Location is probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The staff at checkout NOT customer oriented.
